Welcome to the sandwich shop from Compton with the staff from straight out of Boys from the Hood!!! Completely forget about having a sandwich made to order at this facility for here they make it how we want it made. At some point along the way of employees snide remarks or attitude for you not being happy he is making it his own way ya just have to give up and toss ya hands in the air walk out. Mister ICE CUBE will surely get the closing last remark again as he tells you “thank you for the free lunch”

The store has been under a remodel for 4 months now and it makes the atmosphere seem nasty! The am crew is awesome but the night shift is not the best. Often they close the place early so don’t show up 30 mins before closing.

I felt bad for the 2 employees the place was swamped. I left a 15 %tip as a small curtsy . Only to get home and find a long blonde hair in my tuna. I had to toss it . I wish they would wear head caps when dealing with food. The guy making the sub had black curly hair so it was not him

I’ve eaten here a few times and the service isn’t consistent. I feel as tho often times at night they rather say their out of an ingredient then restock it. I’ve seen them tell someone they didn’t have onions when I saw some in the fridge behind them.

placed a mobile order.When i went to pick it up at pickup time the employee named crystal said they just got the order. So i waited 20 more minutes. Other peoples online orders were getting done before mine. When 30minutes go by I go to see if my order is ready. crystal didnt even give me a chance to ask if its ready. She tells me shes working on it. So i wait a few more minutes and ask the other staff member for my money back & they say they cant give it back. But my order was ready 20 mins ago. I waited 40+ minutes and left with no food and didnt get my money back. Just wasted my time.

Subway is never a very fast place. The problem that I have is when they have multiple employees in the back and there are multiple people waiting to get waited on, and they don’t hustle out to help. Thankfully one of the guys from the back came out and helped make our sandwiches, eventually.

I brought 2 food long Sandwiches from (Dade city Subway ). The Stake and cheese taste was like rotten aged beef. The chicken Thariyakee tasted like sweeten unwashed mushy. I omit all day after I ate few bites.

I have never left a review for any restaurant or business of any kind. My sub was drowned in a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise and mustard. It was dripping, and the bread was absolutely saturated. What is the point of taking time to building a nice sub to order, only to make it soggy and inedible? I always tip, even for take out food, but not this time.

I mean, it’s Subway. Nothing special, but the store was clean and the employees are pretty friendly here. I won’t eat at some locations because the staff and quality is not good. This store is the exception. Glad they are in Dade City.
