I am not from West Palm Beach, and I don’t know this area well at all… I walk into the food court, and I had no idea where to eat! This young lady named Samgita, at Subway, asks me so nicely if I would like something to eat. That made my choice easy for me, so I ate at Subway, as this very polite young lady made my sandwich! 10 out of 10 experience and service, all day long! I highly recommend Subway at the Tanger Mall!

had a great experience at this Subway. The staff were very nice and welcoming. There was a really kind lady named Sangita who was working the checkout and was especially helpful. She took the time to ask about my day and made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Great customer service like this really stands out and I will definitely be coming back.

The service was very good, and the staff was friendly. However, the veggies really need to be fresher. That’s the whole point of going to Subway — all the fresh toppings.
The tomatoes and pickles looked see-through and a bit sad, and while the lettuce was a little better, the overall quality made me rethink my lunch choice.
Hoping for fresher ingredients next time.

If i could give this Subway 0 stars I would. They are HORRIBLE IN THERE. They have the worst attitudes I’ve seen. You don’t get greeted, if you ask for “a little more lettuce please” they really get mad. No one smiles there is 0 effort towards customer service. Maybe it’s a race issue because I’ve seen them be nice to customers who aren’t African American!!! I work in the outlets and sometimes would like Subway but today was the last time I will ever attempt to eat there again. Yes I said attempt because as I asked for more lettuce the young lady COVERED MY SANDWICH WITH TONS (way more than what was called for) OF LETTUCE. I told her to keep it and walked away. Its crazy. I think they should get friendlier employees or replace it with a Charleys!!!

I got a sandwich from Subway today and it was honestly really good. Everything tasted fresh, the bread was warm, and they prepared it exactly the way I asked. The service was quick and friendly too. The sauces were perfectly balanced It’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Definitely coming back. ✨

I came at 7:24 store closes at 8. I would understand if it’s 7:50 because I work retail so I understand. Telling me you close with a nasty attitude was just distasteful. I was really craving subway because I haven’t had it in a while.
