Should have 0 stars. Stood in line for about 5 min just so that the girl would walk out and take a cigarette break while I still waited for her to take my order. There was a line. She didn’t even say anything she just walked out. I left and that’s when I realized she was outside with her cigarette. There were no other workers in the store! Waste of my lunch time. Horrible service. Not to mention the many other times I came in and had the experience of a sick worker making my food! She kept cleaning her nose, not washing her hands, and continuously working on people’s food. Will not be coming back!!!

This is the last time I will EVER here again! I went in for lunch today and an male employee by the name of Aaron had visible blood running down the side of his face! YUCK!!! He was fixing sandwiches and customers were allowing him to do so. Everyone see the blood frowned their face up and continued to order! This is very unacceptable and from my understanding it has been reported to management several different times! I am for sure calling the health department TODAY!!! Something needs to be done about this lord forbid that this guy has a illness, food contamination is the fastest way that he would spread it and he doesn’t even look sanitary which is even worse!!! This is so sad and I pray no one becomes ill behind his carelessness! Very sad!!!!1

Beware the ice machine! Went to get a sofa and I got a cup of ice with black mold on it! They need to clean it clearly. Every time I’ve gone in it’s been always been just one worker trying their hardest to stay a float. They’re always very nice and friendly

Subway is subway. No issues with the food. Let’s help your heavy set employee with good customer service. It’s always nice if the employees know what the customer wants – employees don’t. So just don’t. Smile and make what the customer wants. Especially when they accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. Came back and have to pay for another sandwich. Just make the sandwich and smile. Not asking for a freebie – it’s Palm Beach Gardens. Just make sandwiches, smile, and let your customer be on their merry way.

Pretty much the place to get subs. They have so many options that there’s almost always something you’re going to like. It’s assembly line so you don’t ever have to worry about someone spitting in your food. Overall great place.
