The chocolate chip cookies here are always so soft! They’re never hard like other Subways that I’ve been to. Just thinking about them now makes me hungry. They’re so good!!!! The workers here are also super nice.

Pretty standard Subway. Service is good except when the owner only places one employee to run the whole place. Inconsiderate. The employees are always agreeable and do a good job with the sandwiches as much as can be done with a subway sub.

Surprised to find out this store actually will tell customers not to place orders and not to order so much food. The order was 2 ft longs, 1 6inch, 2bags of chips and 2 sodas.
At 7:00pm placed on online order with the subway APP. Arrived at 7:20pm to pick it up. Apparently they are too busy closing and advised us upon pick up “If you see the person who placed this order let them know that we do not accommodate big orders at this time, and we need to remember that in the future”. My son got home with the order and it was wrong. I returned to the store thinking my son over reacted. and no the employee confirmed the order was too big he was too busy to accommodate orders. I ended up with him having to call the manager and getting a refund. They really don’t want the customers. While no other customers were in the store when we arrived either time. When I arrived the 2nd time he was out side playing on his phone.
What business refuses business 6hours before they close so they can start cleaning?

This place literally needs to get shut down. Not only are the employees not present mentally when dealing with customers, but they’re also not present in their cleanliness and care to the ingredients Of Subway. The vegetables all have weird, coloration, and transparency that gives the sign of it being passed its edible time. I just bought a subway sandwich right now and I am terrified to eat it. This Location either needs to turn itself around and do better in all regards of running a restaurant. Or completely shut down. Pray for me I am so scared to eat this sandwich. I’m still deciding whether I should or not.

I was recently at this location and l used their vending machine to purchase a diet coke. The vending machine charged me extra money for a sandwich that I did not purchase. When I tried to get one of the employees to help me, he told me that there was nothing he could do and then proceeded to ignore me. I asked him again if he could assist me. While he did come over to the vending machine ultimately he told me I would just have to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that I would have to come back to the location on Tuesday because his manager was out of town. I told him that that did not make any sense that I would have to traveI 30 minutes to get my refund.Then, l asked him if he could just fix me a sandwich and that I would pay the difference; he told me that he could not do that because it was not the same thing and then proceeded to take my order with little disregard for what had just happened. There is no way that I should have had to pay nearly eleven dollars for a diet coke! Terrible customer service! I will never eat here again

I’m a true tuna sandwich lover — it’s my absolute favorite — and I’ve visited many Subway locations all around Florida. But I have to say, this was my very first time at the Subway on 2804 Weston Road, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. I’ve never experienced such friendly and attentive service at any other Subway before. The staff prepared my tuna sandwich perfectly, fresh and exactly how I like it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!

Bad costumer service and they made the sub terrible. The ingredients were thrown to the bread. It was cold, and overloaded of olives.
One of the girls quit taking care of me because she started filtering with the next costumer.

I went last Sunday to buy lunch and ordered the number 31. The Cuban girl , the new one she is very nice and professional with the costumer. I really liked the sandwich and the chocolate cookies, were very tasty and fresh. I recommended this subway . I felt very good and I enjoyed the meal . Thank you so much.
