Food was fresh and my sub was amazing. The customer service was very good and had a nice conversation with the employees while making my sub. I don’t know what the other reviews are saying but my personal experience was very good. Highly recommend coming here.

The WORST customer service!!!! The food isn’t made fresh daily. I order a meal and the bread was stale, the cookies were like rocks and the chips were stale that I cut my gums. I return today to let the manager know and he gave me pure attitude. They purposely leave the phone off the hook to avoid calls. When I confront the manager about this he said that they are busy. I call the store in front of him to prove to him that he has the phone off the hook. As proof that the food isn’t made fresh the cashier informed me that cookies and bread was not made today.

My moms meatball sub tasted bad . When she told the man he gave her a hard time and continued to argue with her … then she got a turkey sub and he said it was a dollar more!!!!!! And still continued to argue! Update: I had the steak and cheese and boy am I feeling it !!! Yuck!!! Oh and the place is dirty. Not once while we were there did anyone clean the tables or anything!

The young lady that was making my sub made me feel some type of way. Also who gives you a Roasted Chicken Breast sandwich with the bread toasted and the chicken breast cold with cheese on top. If I wanted a cold cut I think I would have gotten that. When handing someone their food you don’t hand it to them off one finger that’s very rude and no customer service. Your first impression is always your last. Retrain her.

I walk in to order a steak sandwich and they usually put 2 scoop of meat but this place only did one scoop. They don’t have any sauce that I ask for that usually I put on my sandwich. After she wrapped her sandwich she smash and threw in the bag and gave it to me after I pay.
