I went here randomly after seeing it on Oakland Park. I ordered my usual protein bowl to avoid gluten. I received steak, pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickle, olives, onions, banana pepper and cucumber. I ordered the combo with chips and a drink. Generally Subway is very well priced

Worst restaurant experience in my 24 years here in Florida earth…ordered online…waited until the time the app said it would be ready and went inside only to be told that they had no wraps and could not complete the order…then they couldn’t tell me how to cancel the order or how to receive my money back….. they just ignored me….. basically I was being robbed by Subway
They didn’t have any solution so I asked if they can put it on sub and I’ll pay the difference. They don’t do that.
THIS IS BEYOND A BAD EXPERIENCE…..

Worst customer service ever today Aug 14th, 2023 around 3pm. The tall black man assisting me has the type of attitude to kill this business. I was buying one full length sub and one half sub. As he cut the full length bread in 2, i told him which side i preferred, but he looked at me and said “No”! He started frowning at me and proceeded to ignore everything else i said although I was polite and composed. . I simply told him that I didn’t want the
2 sandwiches I was about to buy anymore and that I would leave a review and I left. I was with my 3 kids who were surprised by his attitude as well.

The lady treated me ruthless, she refused to give me a receipt and charge 27 for two pepperoni sandwiches. I couldn’t file a complain because of the receipt issue. All this happened on sep/3/23 4:50 pm

I placed my order online. Walked in clerk did not greet me or even looked at me. Finally she asked if I was there picking up an order. The whole time she’s mumbling under her breath. Very rude and unprofessional. Then I arrive home only for my order to be wrong. If your going to be rude at least do your job right. It’s sad you can’t support business bliss to your home due to the levels of disrespect and unprofessional people.
