I ordered online for pick up. I thought this way I can save time. But instead I waited 30 more minutes there. I wasted all my lunch time by waiting. 30 mins prep and 30 mins wait. They couldn’t prepare a sandwich in an hour. I do not recommend. Go there if you have time to waste

Lady with glasses spanish I don’t know was very rude there !!! She’s works at the subway no auntie’s Anne . I ask a bred with cheese she’s told me don’t will cut bc the bread will burn her hands, she scream with me and argh in the middle of the mall . I left without my sandwich, people like her make the business close, we’re in a recession, she should win customers not turn them off!!! disappointed dissatisfied. There were 7 people online the the associate came to me and said “just give me a minute” she went in the back for 4 minutes. As I peered through the window she was on her phone. As a frequent customer, this is totally unacceptable for a franchise to be run this way. It should not take me 20 minutes to get one fast food sandwich. Will not return.

We often come to this subway because my daughter loves pretzels with sugar and cinnamon, unfortunately her attention is very depressing, the people who work here are not happy, I have not received the best treatment on several occasions because I do not speak English well. it is very unfortunate.

Ordered and paid throught the app for pickup. I stopped at 2 other places on the way. When I arrived, it wasnt made yet. The sign said that for app orders I go to the pickup area where the cash register is. I notified them of my app order but kept being skipped and told they will be right with me while lying and skipping me for all the customers in line making all theirs first. Made me mad after multiple lies that they will get right with me while being skipped more and more. I told them I will never come back again and they refused to do business with me again too. The line takes about 20 minutes.
