Space is small. New employees all the time. Someone is always lacking patience and is under stress keeping up with orders cause they are still starting off. It’s just unpleasant when you order online and they still don’t got your order ready when you show up. I understand they gotta take care of the line of customers but that doesn’t mean push back the online orders. There is no balance here. I show up for my sandwich when is was due to be ready. 10 Mins later. They told me they haven’t gotten started. You all know online orders are just as quick as the regular lines. So I don’t get why it’s been over 45 mins for my 1 sandwich

Usually, I go to Publix and pay $8.99 for Boars head. But, I was in a store by Subway and took the coupon. The two workers knew just enough English to take my order. They couldn’t explain why the coupon was not applied after scanning it. The vegetables were not fresh. Cookie stale.

This place hasn’t had ice in their machine for over 2 months now or at least that’s what they tell their customers. What they are doing is letting you grab whichever cold drink you want from their coolers at the price of a regular fountain drink but the problem is that their coolers are empty and barely have anything. Today I went here again and was treated with a horrible attitude because I didn’t want to accept a hot sprite. They basically told me to grab a cup and go to Publix next door to put ice in my cup if I wanted a cold drink. Like I said this has been happening for quite some time now and you would think that by now they would fix their drink or ice issues and not give the customer such a hard time. I’m going to try and avoid this place for some time.

Went at 10:05pm and staff had door closed, an employee came out telling me they were close but online it says they close at 11pm and the store hours in the door say 11pm. Last time I went there around the same time because I get out of work late and they had no ham or cheese. Worse subway ever.

This Subway knows good customer service. Soon as I walked I hear “welcome to Subway”. The staff seemed to, if not enjoy their job, they were at least in a good mood. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Melt, which is always so good. I love the way they keep the area where the vegies and toppings are, not every Subway pays attention to that. Keep up the great work and customer service.

5/23/2018 at 8:19 pm, The staff was cleaning the sandwich area and the lady who made my sandwich said that they only had Italian bread and white American cheese only. Luckily they still had steak and cheese and spicy Italian. When I got to the register I told her I wanted to make it a meal, but she said I couldn’t because their soda machine was broken. The floors were filthy and the tables dirty. Extremely disappointed because closing time is 11:00 pm. Poor management.
