Terrible service. The girls who work here are very rude. It’s understandable that they don’t speak English, and I’m not complaining about that, but they should at least try to be a little more professional and polite with their body language and be more attentive to the customer’s needs. It’s the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Not to mention that she was also arguing with three Latino customers who were ahead of me. I didn’t understand what was happening, but from the shouting, I guess it wasn’t good.

I was here with my two young children a little while ago, and they treat customers terribly. I was shopping and lingered for a while, and during that time, there were three arguments with different customers, all started by the same person, the young woman working at the front. She never gave in to any of the customers; she kept yelling and shouting loudly. There was a big argument with some customers who were in a group, and the other woman working there was also present. I thought she would try to calm things down, but she acted the same way as the young woman. My God, what an unpleasant experience! People like that shouldn’t be working with the public. It’s clear that what they do is perfectly normal for both of them.

Young lady extremely rude, said NO! loud and obnoxiously when we wanted a water with our ft long.. what boat did she escape on.. BOYCOTT SUBWAYS.. how do big established company’s continue allow it to continue? Is it a type requirement so we become like these blue citys where lawlessness is common? Or The new norm after the pandemic?

The place is so dirty and when you put a mobile order it always takes 30 minutes or more….. unacceptable smh what’s the point of ordering ahead of you still need to wait for the food that is supposedly ready for pick up. It’s the 3rd time and last for sure!!!

Nasty attitude terrible service. Llanelis refused to attend to us because she had an online order so she had to close 20 minutes early. Same thing every time. They never want to help. Might aswell close it.

If I just want to grab a sandwich, this is the place for sure. Unfortunately, after the lockdown, this place is not the same anymore. Italian herbs and cheese bread no longer available. The place looks unkept, dirty and customer service non-existent. Last time I was there, no one was at the front, in the back there were three young ladies having a blast. They were so loud having a conversation it really looked ridiculous. I just stood there for a few minutes waiting for one to see me. After a while, I started asking for help out loud. I took some time before one of the ladies realized she needed to return to the front. Even though she was helping me, she was carrying on the conversation with the others. Her attitude was very unprofessional.
I left the place wondering if people do not appreciate menial jobs, it is their responsibility to start making efforts to improve themselves, learn the language, learn a trade, be proactive, especially if you are young.
