Our Max Sports Bar and Casino is one of the more popular hangouts in town with a full-service bar and new operating hours. We are open Mon-Sat 11 am to 10 pm, and Sun 10 am-10 pm. Enjoy daily happy hour, 16 flat-screen TVs to watch your favorite sporting events, and 20 gaming machines with a variety of video keno, poker and line games to play.If you prefer outdoor seating, enjoy the newly constructed Garden Patio just outside of the Max.For a limited time, the Max will be serving breakfast on Sundays from 10 am – 1 pm.

Kaialani was terrible. Apparently I’m rude to her because I was having a conversation with my friend. We got kicked out as I made a joke about my friend and for some reason she thought it was about her, carried on to say I’ve been rude to her all night yet she didn’t really serve us. I asked her politely with thank you and please to take this, to clear up our table for space. Yet for some reason I was rude? Yet never even really talked to her at all. I’ve gotten terrible service in Canada but gosh darn this was the worst I’ve ever had in America. Embarrassing for her, just watch what you talk to your friends about because apparently she will be triggered and think it’s about her for some reason?

Both ,$6. salads were wrong and came with no dressing… chicken fried steak looks days old and didn’t come with the mashed potatoes I ordered. Not to mention no silverware no salt no pepper. This is by far the worst service I’ve had at a hotel as good as the heritage. Sad part is we traveled 15 hours to get here and were really hungry and was served this pile of what looks like left overs. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. Who ever runs this joint needs to think about thier line of work because apparently you don’t care about quality or your customers.

Some of our food was absolutely not edible. Remake was the same thing. Service was reasonable until the server said “it’s not my fault”. We will not return even though they have an interesting menu. My question is should I have gone into the kitchen and spoken directly with the cook? Part of a server’s job is to be the liaison and advocate for the customer. If a customer has a complaint it does not mean they blame the server especially when the customer is being very diplomatic with their complaint

The Pretzel Bites were so hard we could not even eat them and the cheese sauce was cold and completely coagulated. We had to find our server, who, by the way was sitting at a table playing on his phone and it took me over 10mins to get his attention. He came to the table and said “I’ll get that fixed for you” then came back and said “I have to wait for the cook to come back, so it will be a few”. The bites came out just as hard as the first ones and the cheese was even more cold and coagulated. The server said “it’s beer cheese that’s how it is”. So totally wrong, beer cheese is creamy and smooth. Additionally, I ordered a Reuben. It had no thousand Island or sour kraut. You would have thought I shot the server when I asked for thousand Island, he was so put out and annoyed and then said “this is not my fault” in a very snotty voice. We will never go back again and I just canceled my surprise staycation for my husband at the hotel. Horrible!
