Came here on a Busy Sunday morning and the customer service was top tier,The lady making my order was awesome !super polite and efficient , I ordered 2 sandwiches ,a pizza and cookies and she never complained always making sure if I was satisfied with my order.

Worst Day of my life I walked in did not feel welcome instead I was chased out of the store. Lady there wanted to fight me mind you I was the customer and she’s making a sandwich I’m still processing what went wrong honestly. It was the worse customer service in my entire life!! Ended up ordering DoorDash for their New “outlaw sandwich” end subway is only 10 minutes max from my house. Ended up receiving a cold, soggy piece of bread with a whole bunch of sour vegetables and cheese no meat. If I can give zero stars, I would please stay away from this place or at least don’t order online.

I honestly forgot why I stopped coming to this location but because this is close to my job I decided to stop and get a sandwich. Before I can tell the girl making my sandwich what I want the other one is telling me I can come pay like can you give me time to think what extra I might want to get? They rush you out which I understand trying to get customers in and out but the place was LITERALLY empty yall done ran everybody away on top of always not having inventory. Before you can even get a sentence out of your mouth they interrupt you. Please do better with the customer service skill and fix the attitude cause y’all doing a horrible job hiding it. Nasty food and bad customer service is terrible. I’m better off driving to north Miami Beach

The door says 9AM, online days 10AM, the lady inside once I waited for 10 to arrive never bothered to look up at me nor the phone as I tried to get her attention. Finally get inside at 1015, no flatbread, no eggs. I’ve worked at a subway, is this one fake or something?? How can you have no flatbread when dippers and wraps are a huge part of the company and you’re supposed to be a subway restaurant??

Horrible experience. The older tall slim lady with acne that worked the shift on Tuesday November 17th at 5pm is very very rude. She rushed our order, slammed meat and condiments on the bread it was so sloppy she couldn’t expect someone to pay for that. I don’t know what she was mad about, but she’s obviously in a bad mood all the time based on previous reviews. Please find someone who wants to work, because she’s wasting customers time, your inventory and money after customers walk out.
