Stopped by here with a group to get dinner. Overall it was ok. The grilled protein was decent, and the mayo-based sauce was typical. The salad portion was very generous. The fried rice was mostly rice mixed in with soy sauce (maybe not actually fried?) And it wasn’t well-mixed. Some parts of the “fried” rice were still white. The friendly staff member did mention that the carrot was sweet, but I wasn’t expecting it to be as sweet as it was. It tasted almost like a dessert. Decent prices, but less authentic Japanese Hibachi/Teriyaki place. The dining tables were unusually sticky? I wonder what cleaning agents they used tbh.

Food was overcooked and bland. Staff placed food on counter and walked away, not offering help or even verifying the order went to the correct person. Ordered 2 $20 plates and some sides, totaled $54, and food nor service was worth it. Will not be ordering from them again.

Glorified mall food, not even. Hardly any flavor. Noodles were just spaghetti with soy sauce. Super disappointing with these corners getting cut.

Located on the 2nd floor of the epicenter. Food was made fresh to order and was delicious. Chicken and shrimp habichi came with mushrooms and side of sweet carrots . Large eat in dinning area or carry out is also available.

This was my second time eating here, and unfortunately, both visits left me disappointed because of the same young lady at the register Simon or Michelle. Today, after ordering, she brought my food to the table. When I asked for a spoon or fork, she simply pointed and said, right there,” leaving me to get my own utensils. I found it surprising that she could bring the food but not the utensils.
When I asked about it, her response was, “This is a fast food.” That reply came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service is about making guests feel welcome, and something as simple as providing utensils with the meal should be standard.
While the food itself was okay, the lack of courtesy and professionalism overshadowed the experience. After two disappointing visits, I’ve decided I will not be returning there.

Do NOT waste your money here. This place is just horrible. I ordered a fillet steak with rice and broccoli. The carrots were overtly sweet. And I was even served rotten carrots(note the half eaten black hole in the carrot). The food was bland, the steak was overcooked, and too rubbery. The food didn’t even have a proper portion size, and the tables were dirty.

Food is decent here but the hibachi meals are all ala cart. Ordered online and received only hibachi chicken with mushrooms and fried rice… with no vegetables in the rice or on the side (no zucchini, no onions.)… NEVER had to pay for that separately so I was very disappointed and likely wouldn’t order again.

I wish I would have read the reviews on Google before I ordered through Grubhub. I never had shrimp hibachi with just mushrooms thrown on top and a side of carrots. I don’t even like mushrooms. No Broccoli, onions, Zucchini, or squash. I was expecting at least one of those. Anyway, ordered 3 dinners for $60 plus tip and none of us enjoyed our food. Salmon was dry, shrimp was salty, mushrooms were burnt. Underwhelming to say the least. Never again.

Ordered at uber eats and did sub veggies for rice and was charged and extra 7 dollars for one meal because it was buy one get one free. I will not order from here again note recommend the food. Uber was also not very helpful because I immediately attempted to cancel and it would have been a 20 dollar charge.

The food I got was just alright. I ordered the steak medium but most of the pieces were well done. Also for fried rice, they just gave me some rice with soy sauce and some sweet carrots in the side. The sauce really helped the flavor and made the meat easier to eat.
