I’ve stayed silent before, but this time it’s just unbelievable. I ordered everything with “more,” yet the salad I received was less than the regular ,you can clearly see in the photo that there’s barely any salad at all. Even in the large size, there were only four tiny pieces of tomato and four pieces of cucumber.

Dear Subway, why do you put less food in delivery orders even when “more” is selected everywhere? When I order in the store, you automatically add more by default when “more” is chosen, but in delivery it feels like you intentionally minimize everything. What’s the point of having this option in the app if you completely ignore it? You might as well remove it.

I even left a note, but it seems no one cares.

As for the staff: almost every time I come in person, there’s just one worker, and most of the time they don’t speak English even at a basic B1 level. But that doesn’t even matter. What matters is that they don’t do the simplest part of their job at even a 3 out of 5 level.

You choose three sauces, and the sandwich arrives as dry as a desert. This has happened four times already, and always with online orders. In person, this has never happened. With online orders, everything is always at the absolute minimum— even when I choose “more,” it doesn’t even feel like “regular.”

Very bad experience. The staff who attended us were extremely rude and unprofessional. The way we were treated was unacceptable, and because of the poor attitude and bad treatment we ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

This was my first time in, and I had a very good experience. It was very slow, however, the young woman, sunday evening, was working very hard to not only replenish the line but clean the dining room as well.

The footlong cookie was nice and hot! I will be back for another one!

That place will be better without the old lady with glasses she is so unprofessional with the costume, really bad attitude and they way she talks to the costumer including me and by my own experience it’s mean, she I asked her to toast my bread and she didn’t do it I was asking for the ingredients and she was serving my with actitud I’m telling you that place will be 100% better without that lady I to go in the morning time because if you go afternoon be attending by that old lady you day will be horrible

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY They can’t read a receipt for the life of them. Didn’t get my sandwich with lol my condiments also don’t bother putting special instructions they won’t read it anyways. Also had a bunch of kids screaming outside of the establishment. Food was cold.

Fast service. Clean. Sandwich was fine. Their fountain drinks were completely flat. There were no fizz in the drinks. I complained about it and they said they just changed a cartridge or something. Obviously the new cartridge did not work. Paid full price for a completely flat Coca Cola and they did nothing to correct it when I complained about it. They could have given me my money back for the drink or given me a bottled something.

Based on the previous reviews I think I may have been at the wrong Subway lol…..

I had a very pleasant experience. The store is kept clean and organized. The food is fresh and the bread is very soft. The Manager on duty name is Sallomy, who was very customer friendly and patient through my indecisiveness.

It saddens me to write this review as I enjoy Subway sandwiches. This branch needs a supervisor for the “ sandwich artists.” For the past year, there was at times a Spanish speaking only artist. Not a problem as I am fluent in Spanish. Last nite fiasco ensures I will not visit this Subway location ever again. The young man spoke English, but appeared under the influence. He kept peering repeatedly at a grub hub order to prepare 3 sandwiches that looked like a mess I would not eat. He prepared our foot long without asking us what cheese we wanted, and then let it sit cooling off for about 5 minutes while he chatted with another couple (behind us in line) about an incident with teenagers who had left the store. The final straw, I asked for honey mustard and he slathered regular mustard all over the sandwich. He offered to re-make the sandwich, but enough was enough. We left with no sandwich, a wasted 20 minutes and an agreement NEVER to visit this branch in Sunny isles ever again.
