The customer service in this store is the worse. How can you have the only two employees in the store on break at the same time. Somebody has to serve the customers. The young lady told me I have to wait ten minutes to order because they were on break. I told her no I don’t want anything, she okay have a good day. She didn’t have no compassion for me as the customer.

Don’t be fooled this subway does not open at 730. I got here at 735 and they are not open. Saw someone pull up 10 minutes later unlock the door and go inside. Gave them a couple minutes before I went in because they just pulled up. 8am still not opened. Wasted dam near 30 minutes of my day

Absolutely rude employees, in my biased opinion customer service is the crown jewel of the food service industry. The food may get you through the front door, but good customer service is the secret sauce that keeps you coming back. You can tell a customer what is your business policies and procedures, but you can’t bark it out the information like you are talking to an idiot. My mother taught me it’s not what you say but how you say. A rude delivery will never get the message received or a positive outcome. This employee was passive aggressive while pretending to not have any idea why I was not just upset but done right mad. I will never go into this location again!!!!

At open, no choice of bread
Attitude and a list of what they don’t do to create a salad.. we don’t chop “nothing” because the last time I did I was told I took to long to serve the customer… Ok a sandwich then.. what kind of bread? Herb and cheese. Oh we only have wheat and white ….

This review only reflects one person whose picture I will be posting on here for reference. I frequent this subway because of a particular lady who is very sweet and kind she usually wears a shorter hairstyle is tall and a mature woman! I wish I knew her name to address her and a young man who works the evening shifts who is very sweet as well and treat customers like myself and my son who is autistic very well and like we should be treated. Thank you to those two individuals for making the subway in our community a great experience. Now moving along to by her words ” the manager” every time I come into this establishment she is aggravated or doesn’t want to be bothered she does not like to answer questions on today like I have always done I placed my order on the app which is convenient for me because of my son having a disability and me wanting to get in and out to keep him comfortable. I walked into the store and she didn’t greet me she immediately asked me was I here for a pick up order I said yes ma’am she proceeded to tell me that I had to “find a way” to contact them because they didn’t have the pizza for my order she never asked me if I would like to replace the item for something else and did I want the remainder of my order. I explained that there was no way for me to cancel in the app and there is no number listed ( shame on subway ) does she have a number I can use ? She immediately started telling me she doesn’t have a number and it’s not her problem and I need to call my bank to get my money back I explained to this lady over and over again that I can’t do that because again I still wanted my other food for ten minutes she argued with me and the security guard treated me and my son like trash she also refused to make my food there was another customer who tried to help me and diffuse the confrontation God bless her heart she even told me to go to another location if that will help the worker said to her they are privately owned I asked for a flatbread she said no it’s 12inches I said I will pay the difference. I was then escorted out by security once I began recording I guess they didn’t think because if how I was dressed that I wasn’t a huge social media influencer who will posting the official video with myself yelling at her just as bad because of the disrespect I encountered. This woman is so confident that she won’t be fired that she decided to throw her midddle finger up at me and my child. Once I called the store to ask why is my order marked ready and she said she couldn’t complete it she told me if I needed the money that bad I shouldn’t have ordered there this is who represents subway today I’ll tell you one thing subway will no longer receive my business and I will be laughing this issue and I also have a police report for fraud if an order placed and said to be completed and not delivered. She told me I needed to get a life and I needed friends stop calling she will be taking the phone off the hook! Please see the photos for yourself

I so upset right now. I ordered a sub on the subway app to see that the location is closed. It says it’s open on the map but it’s closed my sub isn’t ready and my money is spent. I will definitely be here in the morning for my refund this is ludicrous
