I’m deeply saddened to say that lately this establishment has been treating delivery drivers as if they’re not even human. There is no respect for the queue. I waited 40 minutes for a small order — a kids’ burrito with juice. I asked several times about the status, and at first I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes.
It’s very disappointing. It used to be a great place. I genuinely enjoyed stopping by. But they lie straight to your face. I’ll say it again — there is no respect for delivery drivers. Orders are being handed out through the drive-thru while the line inside is ignored. The queue is not being followed.
It’s very upsetting.
And if you’re reading this, know that you were preparing this order for children — they’re about four years old. I know this family personally. You were just tossing the food into the box. Shame on you.

Ive been going to this chipotle for a long time now and overall my experience has always been positive. The service by the workers is amazing. Josh gives very good attention to his work and is always there if you need something.

What I ordered- bowl with guacamole, white rice, black beans, Barbacoa, corn salsa and cheese. And a large guacamole. What I got- no guacamole on the bowl, tomato salsa not corn, sour cream I didn’t order and a small guacamole they charged me $5.80 for. I gave it two stars because at least they got the barbacoa right. Definitely NOT what I ordered. This was take out so I didn’t see it until I got home.

The food here is always good, always fresh. I love the seasonal meats they do, those are always chef’s kiss. Honey chipotle chicken is a must try. Get a side of vinaigrette for your bowl and thank me later. I just tried the Adobo Ranch sauce and it was also very good. It has a smooth creamy texture with a subtle flavor at first and a kick for the after taste. Something I do wish all Chipotle’s across America could focus on more, is keeping it sanitary. I don’t know that I have ever been to a truly well kept Chipotle anywhere in the states. I understand things get busy, as I also worked in food business for 7 years, but I wish their franchise could add a person just for cleaning to all locations.

First time coming in here to dine in, but couldn’t find a clean table. Not a good impression for my visiting family. And on top of everything they didn’t have cheese guacamole, salad or chips!! . If you’re not going to have the variety of some of the most popular ingredients you want from chipotle then put SIGN for the customers. Never coming back to this place horrible.

We have been a fan of Chipotle for years, visiting locations from NY to FL, and this is by far the worst. This was our second visit to this location and honestly, the drive-thru was the only reason for giving it a second chance (our first visit, we received a burrito the size of the palm of a hand). This time, we placed two orders on the app for pickup. Upon arrival, only one order was ready. The young man at the window stated he was the General Manager, Jayden Garcia; he also mentioned they were having issues with orders from the app today. He claimed only one order showed on his screen and asked for my phone. We gladly showed him the orders in the app as paid. He gave the phone back and proceeded to ask for our bank account for confirmation. We were absolutely appalled! When we declined to share our bank account, he told us to call corporate to resolve the issue, taking absolutely no accountability. Exhausted after about 10 minutes of back and forth, we left. Even worse, when we arrived home the meal we did have, consisted of dry steak, hard rice and stale chips. The convenience of a drive-thru is not worth it, if the food or customer service is simply AWFUL! We have reported this to corporate; pending response.

First time in 4 months, once again, chipotle seems to not be able to keep a clean store. This one isnt even that old but the counters were disgusting. The steak i ordered was fatty and grizzly. Couldnt even finish it. The employee working the register said they were out change and was going to short me .65c… asked if it was a problem and ofcourse it was. So another employee who seemed over worked came over to help, and then the first employee had no idea the values of the coins i needed for my .65c change….. Im done with them for good.

I’ve been a customer here for a while and generally enjoy the food, though the experience can vary depending on the service. Recently, I’ve noticed the portion sizes have become smaller while the prices remain the same. I believe improving portion consistency and overall cleanliness would make the dining experience even better.
