I ordered online as usual. I requested pick up and it was $47 .67. I get to the store to pick up my order and the worker states that she canceled my order because it was over $30. She proceeds to tell me that I have to reorder in the store and pay again. I asked about the money that I already spent and she says oh it will be refunded. She shows me a receipt of what I paid and says it was voided. I did not see anything on the receipt that shows a credit for the amount. If you have a policy of online orders over $30 then that should be added on your website. Mind you this is mot the first time that I have ordered online for over $30 for delivery or pickup. I feel she was by herself and she just didn’t want to fill my order. That’s fine, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! And I better get my money back!

Food was mediocre, staff were very nice. The problem is, they would not give me a courtesy cup for water. Why deny a human being water? Moreover, nearly every restaurant everywhere offers free water cups with purchase of food. I was forced to pay for a cup I filled with water. See attached photo. When I pressed the issue, I was told that the franchise management eliminated the courtesy cups. I’ll be calling corporate as well as I have a feeling they require this option. I feel disrespected.

I ordered the 6 foot long Italian online. It was packaged and ready when I arrived. I liked that the bread was fresh but it was overly mustarded. The sandwich was just okay.
