Visited on Christmas day. Grateful there are restaurants open during the holidays! Food was pretty on point! Service could have been a little better, but staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially Esmeralda at the host stand. She welcomed me in and wished me a Merry Christmas. She offered the same hospitality to all of the guests. She was amazing!

Love ihop, take my kids here every week. It was slow paced today, quiet and good dining experience for me and my kids. Christina did a great job attending to my kids and was understanding when my daughter waffles came out wrong. Christina is very pleasant and never had us waiting or wanting anything. I would love for her to be my server again next week

I haven’t been to this IHOP in Southgate by the Broadmoorfor The past three years as it was going down in every which way shaped form. Since I live here in the Broadmoor, I thought I’d give it a Try , as I was craving breakfast. Things have really changed! For the good! The food was excellent ! The service was fantastic! I had an absolutely fantastic breakfast at the IHOP in Colorado Springs this morning! The restaurant’s clean, modern atmosphere made for a super comfortable and inviting meal. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was out of this world—friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to make my visit great.
Special shout-out to Vonnie, who was an absolute sweetheart. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. I even overheard other tables complimenting her service while I was digging into my delicious, fluffy pancakes! If you’re in town, do yourself a favor and ask for Vonnie—her amazing hospitality is the cherry on top of a perfect IHOP experience.

This location is clean outside and inside. We’ve gone to this location multiple times and have never had an issue. The workers are all kind and quick to offer any assistance. The food has been great each time we’ve gone. Each time we’ve gone, it’s been quiet. Not a lot of people. So, very nice overall.

We went on Friday, kid eat free… The server charged us for the hot chocolate for the kids, not supposed to. I asked for another kids Mac n cheese side and she charged $9 for that…I got the steak and eggs with bottomless pancakes. The steak she brought to me in a sealed bag to show me the size because she didn’t know! Gross. I thought the food there was fresh. The steak was at room temp in the bad and when they served it was cut in to little pieces. That was nasty. It looked like there was a bunch of oil in my kiddos hot chocolate so she didn’t want it. The atmosphere was nice and chill but other than that don’t go here. Even the eggs and hash browns tasted like it was from a cup from 7 11. Not cool IHOP!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years with my kidlets. Their food is always great and they dont mind switching out food if my kid can’t eat it, which is uncommon. Our server, Christina, found a cheaper way to order the meals my kids and I wanted. As a single mom, that little change made a huge difference as I have 3 growing bellies to fill. They only have kids eat free on Fridays from 4 to 10 though. Only annoyance.

The food is good. The prices has gone up from the last time I visited between 2 of us I spent over $60 and didn’t even have any leftovers. I ordered a tea and had to brew it myself. All in all probably won’t go back(unless my wife suggests it). I gave it 4 stars cause they do serve Gluten free products now (my wife loved her food).
