Very unprofessional. As a subway owner, I would fire them all right away. An old latino employee (who also might be the manager as well) always angry and constantly yell and fight with customer about every little thing. She yells at customer for exchange unopened chip for cookies, say no to another customers who asked for utensil, yell at a little girl who holds the door for people because that would kill her AC …. I will definitely go to the subway across the street in walmart next time, much better service. We are customers and since they mistreat us, doesn’t look like they need our money here.

Save yourself the time and go across the street to the subway within Walmart. The franchise owners are clearly cutting cost at the expense of customers. Having one employee multiple days of the week is insane. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS!

I checked google maps and is noted that they are open since 6:00 am. However, it is Monday 6:45 am and they are close. At this time is terrible i wanted to send my son to school with lunch from Subway and he would not have it and probably getting late while trying to get something else. Disappointed.

Worst service ever…the two young ladies totally ignored me and another customer, while one made online orders and the other swept the floor. They never greeted me, and after five minutes of waiting and watching one girl make sandwiches, I asked the one customer in front of me has he been helped and he said “no”. These ladies have no customer service skills, no hospitality and no respect for their work place. I then began to take the girl who was behind the counter what going on and she whispered that the girl who was sweeping in front of us for 5 minutes was going to help us. I said what? And snapped! Told them it was ridiculous the way they are running this place and that they should learn some customer service. It’s a shame, that they never greeted or even said one word. Poor guy just waited and that’s not how this works, talking about she can help us after she finish. What, where, who the hell running this place?

Mexicali sub looks delicious online, in the commercials and in the ads. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Upon receiving my order through GrubHub, I immediately realized how small and lightweight the sub felt. After opening it up I noticed they only put a couple of pieces of chicken and didn’t even put the avocado spread. It felt like I was eating a veggie sub, all bread, no protein. Keep this business structure up and subway stores will start closing. I’ll stick to the publix subs.
