If I could give zero stars right now I would. We have always loved the food and service at this location but twice in the past 30 days the website has taken the $50+ for my order and the store tells me they never got it. I realize that this is not the stores fault, however when the employees at the store simply shrug and say “not our problem” and can’t direct you on whom you can speak to about the problem since I have to wait at least 2 business days for the bank to clear the “processing” charge from my account, it is frustrating and disheartening and to be honest bad customer service. I don’t think we will be using this location any longer. I would rather make the trek into Palm Bay or Vero Beach, which is sad because this one is a short drive away.

Staff was very friendly, up beat and service was great. Food was good and place very clean. Side note / observation , I think subway uses magnifying glass as the sub always looks much bigger behind the glass , than when it’s handed to you.

Ordered online, asked for double steak on their nachos and half the nachos weren’t even there. I don’t know if they ain’t training their people properly or subways just getting on the bus of other sub shops by giving less and screwing everybody out of their money for less food.

Went here for two tuna subs. Didn’t watch them being made as I was paying and leaving a 40% tip. Took the subs to the water for lunch. Opened them up and found nearly no tuna on them. Just tomato, lettuce etc. Tuna was as thin as mayonaise just to flavor the roll.
Found a real sub shop. Won’t ever be going back to this sybway.

I put an order in on the app to pick up on my way home from work. It was very convenient because all i had to do was go pick it up off the rack and I was in and out. Well when I got home one of the sandwiches were wrong. They put cheese on half of the sandwich and not on the other half ,who does that??? They also added toppings on it that I didn’t choose. So i guess for the convenience it wasn’t worth it to me.
