Excellent experience. The young man working behind the counter was very professional and accommodating. My phone died right as I was trying to pay with my mobile wallet and I didn’t have any of my physical cards with me. Embarrassing for me, however, the young man was so polite and understanding. I eventually found my second device, paid for my meal, and sat in the extremely clean dining room to finish my meal. This location has had some issues with finding employees who are not rude, dismissive, and or down right disrespectful so I was relieved to have a great guest experience.

Ordered through the app they said the order never came through however my credit card was charged. If I wanted anything I would have to pay again. I know the employees have nothing to do with how the apps work but the franchise needs better developers. The 2 employees were nice and can only do what the manager said.

Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go up there and all due to one employee unfortunately I didn’t get his name but after my husband walk out he acted like he wanted to fight my better half talking he is it the one to mess with leaving from behind the counter to head out front yet stoping in the middle of the store and going back in the back while I was looking at the other employee what was the problem and her not have a clue also. We where respectful and a simple order.. the worker was already in a mood when we walked in and then to have a fear that my husband was about to be attacked for no reason.. sent my PTSD trow the roof and this just happened 20 minutes ago..
