The last few times I’ve ordered from here the closing lady always seems to have an attitude. After the 3rd or 4th time having her make my sub, I’ve decided to not come back to this location.
She needs to fix her attitude or be let go. She doesn’t know customer service whatsoever.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. The Italian herbs and cheese bread should be renamed to just Italian herbs because whoever makes it skimps on the cheese to the point that you can’t tell if there is any. The bread itself was not even baked thoroughly, as you can see from the photo. The worker was rude. This used to be a good location to stop at on our way to the beach, but not anymore. My last visit here. Absolutely pathetic.

Had a great sandwich today at Subway. There was only one employee in the store, but man she could handle herself well she took care of customers didn’t make anybody wait too long if she was very nice.

Terrible location. Ordered on app. We got there after it said our food would be ready and they hadn’t even started it. We got in line and the worker got an icee for the person in front of us. When she poured the icee some got on her finger and she licked it off of her finger. She did not wash her hands afterwards. She then put gloves on (at least) and started making subs. That’s still not acceptable. She then started making subs for the people in the line. They had their food and were gone before us. We were there for about 30 minutes before our subs were ready. Totally unacceptable. I will never go back to this location.

It taste ok but the preparation was hasty and she didn’t wash her hands after touching cash, she just put on gloves still you contaminate the gloves. PLEASE WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER SERVING A CUSTOMER.

I got food poisoning eating here on Thursday. Please train your employees to throw out the obviously bad lettuce. I tried picking it all off my sandwich but didn’t save me from it. Also, the fountain drink machine isn’t working yet which ought to be disclosed in advance. Every table was dirty and they were not busy so the tables should have been cleaned.

I don’t know what the problem is at this location but it should be closed. I get veggie footlongs and every time I come here they barely give me anything on my sub. No I’m not a vegan I just don’t care for meat sandwiches but I still pay so why can’t I have extra spinach or extra jalapeños without paying more?? I get the cheapest easiest sandwich but cannot get enough veggies. Ridiculous. And your staff is so rude and miserable if we the paying customers are such a bother to your staff that they have to stop and make us the customer a sandwich then maybe you should let them go work somewhere else. I will NOT recommend this location and I will never be back. Please Subway no need to respond with your automated apologies. You and I are done.

I have stopped at this Subway before and the service is always slow. Against my better judgment I stopped here instead of the one on Doyle in the Deltona Landings Plaza. When I arrived there were 4 people in line and two employees. I thought it should not be long. One employee was making sandwiches and the other started to clean an oven. The first customer had two subs, the second also had two subs. An older lady was in the line in front of me, she was obviously having an issue standing and I had already been there 10 minutes by this time. By the time the lady in front of me was ready to order, her legs were shaking and she was having a hard time placing here order. Still the second employee cleaned the oven. Two people behind me in line left. I finally placed my order for two tuna subs. The sandwich maker measured out four level scoops of tuna for each and spread it on a foot long sandwich. I asked is that the normal amount of tuna?
The sandwiches were light on tuna. We often order subway tuna subs and these were the lightest on all toppings I have ever received in 45 years I have been ordering Subway sandwiches.
Very disappointed and will not likely order from this location again.

Inside of Walmart
There was a fly inside of the cookie case, flying around and landing on all of the cookies , I told and showed the employee and all that was done, was letting the fly out.
The employee DID NOT throw out all of the cookie’s .
Also, the area of the beverages has a (“weird”) smell and is SUPER DIRTY.
After being disgustingly grossed out, I of course did not purchase anything and left.
