This Subway on Red Bug and Tuscawilla roads(Winter Spring) is a great store in that is super clean and the food is fresh. You can easily monitor the steps in making the sandwiches and you would be impressed – there is hand washing, adequate use of gloves, and when one pays you will quickly notice hand washing and new clean gloves.

Very clean even their line was nice and neat my sandwich has a lot of ingredients and it still looked clean and nice when the packed it. I get a steak n cheese everything on it except spinach and olives with mustard and mayo olive oil and red vinegar and extra jalapeño and banana peppers. The workers were also friendly.

Not staffed enough, one employee sent the other to make bread with 5 guests waiting and began to do togo orders not acknowledging anyone till she was done. Person behind me left. The manager took our sandwich orders and she was very nice and happy and you could tell she wanted to be there, most places now days their employees don’t give a hoot about customer service and could care less to be there… Cheryl was absolutely amazing and a beautiful person ! So rude. I was just trying to call & ask if they received my online order since I didn’t get a confirmation code & the woman was so condescending & rude. Will never give my money to this store. Btw she said “if it’s pending & didn’t send you confirmation code, it didn’t take your money honey” well guess what! It sure did take my money HONEY they never answer the phone. I’ve called each hour & no answer. How am I supposed to get my money back??? Save yourself the hassle & go to the one on Aloma… that one even has a drive thru

The manager Cheryl is very rude. All the tables were dirty, she yelled at my son when he tried to add a chair so 5 of us could eat together and said we had to eat outside. When I told her the tables were dirty she disagreed with me and said they were clean. I kindly told her that people were sitting there when we walked up. She said they would clean it which they did eventually after making our sandwiches. If you want to eat here definitely make sure you ask for the table to be cleaned because they don’t appear to be doing a good job.

We eat here about once a month. Always clean. Service is always polite. Went there tonight, which prompted me to write a review. Eddie was the employee working. He had the whole counter spotless. He made our sandwiches faster than anyone ever has AND they were literally the prettiest sub sandwiches I’ve ever had (from subway it any other sub place). They looked like they were out of a commercial! Very impressed tonight.
