If I could give it a negative star, I would. We ordered three of the thanksgiving subs, for $35, and got a tiny sub with a little turkey and onions. No cranberry sauce and no stuffing. The employees never answer the phone, and I can’t even get a refund because I ordered through the app. Do not eat here.

Ordered delivery and did not receive my bottled Pepsi. Driver tried to say it wasn’t on their end, but it is on my receipt. You cannot even call for help because the phone rings forever and then hangs up. Absolutely ridiculous.

my siblings and i walked in and immediately the girl with black hair, tattoos and septum piercings gave us a mean look and decided it would be a good idea to talk crap about us loud enough to hear. her service was unacceptable. we just wanted some food. save the attitude for your own house. the girl with black hair and pigtails was a sweetheart though ❤️

I come here at least once every 2 weeks and it’s hit or miss with the attitude. 1 of the ladies working was super sweet. The other one, not so much. She acted like I was bothering her. I won’t be going back to this location.

The worst service ever. Come in to pick up an order of one sandwich. They made a total of 7 sandwhiches before mine even though no one else was there. Then had an attitude saying they have an order of hire they do the sandwiches and started making the families 4 sandwhiches that came in after me, keep in mind my order was made before i came in… i was told after asking if they couldnt just make my one sandwhich first that the people came ih first??? The two young ladies from last night absolutely do not understand customer service or how to treat people with respect. They don’t want your business… they lost mine.

Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you’d expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.
I wouldn’t pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it’s just what we do.

Been to this location many times. The same lady is always working and is super sweet. But makes the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a flat bread and the bread was rock hard. She puts the veggies and toppings on the same side as the meat. So when it’s folded over it makes a mess and also makes the proportions of the sandwich wrong. I don’t mind the mess…it’s finger/hand food. But it seems like she might not know the art of a sandwich artist (jokingly) but in all seriousness haven’t had a good experience at this location in a long time.

Looking forward to the Subway of my youth, but only found a Subway disinterested in me interrupting their closing procedures an hour and half before their posted closing time. Between the eye rolls and false smiles my Subway experience was not one I remembered or enjoyed. Besides the service the food was ok the employee kept telling us “Fresh” cost extra, I could have sworn that was Subways niche “Fresh” food, but I guess that is gone as well. If you enjoy being ignored by AirPod wearing employees and food that cost extra for “Freshness” then Subway on Woodbine, Pace Florida is your stop.
