First time in since they opened, very busy tonight and yet every person behind the counter was pleasant, friendly and welcoming.
Food turned out really good like I remember getting from Jersey Mike’s back in North Carolina. They do have thick bread, always have and the meat/cheese was well balanced.
Ordered via door dash since I had credits and it was on-time, well made/wrapped and nothing was missed on the order.

We recently relocated to Mountain Top, and Jersey Mike’s was the first place we ordered from before moving in. Unfortunately, that first experience wasn’t great — it took a long time, and two out of our three orders were incorrect.
I do like Jersey Mike’s food overall and have had good experiences at other locations, so I decided to give this one another chance. I placed my order today at 11:36 AM. When the Uber driver arrived almost 50 minutes later, he told me the order still wasn’t ready — and when it finally was, it had been made incorrectly again. They had added an item I didn’t even want. Thankfully, my driver caught the mistake and asked them to fix it before leaving, or it would have been a repeat of my first visit. So my one hoagie form ordering to delivery (only a few mins away) took almost 1.5 hours.
It’s clear that the employees were overwhelmed — the driver mentioned only two people were running the entire store. I understand things can get busy, but this kind of consistent inaccuracy and delay shows that something really needs to change with how this location is managed and staffed.
I truly enjoy Jersey Mike’s food at other locations, but this one has been disappointing twice now. I hope management steps in soon to help improve operations and customer service.

This Jersey Mike’s Subs location opened up in Mountain Top, PA not too long ago. As far as a chain that offers subs, Jersey Mike’s Subs, is one of the better offerings. I normally get the # 7 turkey sub but have also tried the chicken cheesesteak and regular cheese steak, and all three are good. The meats and produce are always fresh, and about the only thing I could say that you might want to change is the amount of oil and vinegar put on at the end. If you’re not going to eat it immediately, it gets kind of soggy right quick. I just normally specify half the amount, and it’s perfect for me.

Place was slammed on the one day we went and not so much the next day. Both were at lunch time so it should be expected. If you don’t want to risk it, just use the app and order ahead. The day we were there and it was busy, they had a young lady only doing mobile orders. Always get the turkey and provolone. Dont get it Mikes way though.

i went in there a couple weeks ago and ordered a chicken salad wrap. it was so soggy and had more onions than the bread itself. And, the girl who took my order had such a lovely attitude! so if you get a short kinda big girl with dark brown hair ask for someone else to take your order :). ty

I usually order from Hazleton but I was driving by the Mountain Top store and decided to order a roast beef sub. It was so delicious. The roast beef was so good. It was sliced so thin and I asked for Xtra Mayo and it was just the right amount. The employees were so nice. I will definitely stop in again if I’m in Mountain Top. Thanks, guys!!!

Appearantly if a business is located in Mountain Top its automatically terrible.
Anyway when I call in an order at 7:55pm and you tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes and I get there at 8:20pm it should be done. Not another 10mins after. Especially with a dead shop..
