I was very disappointed in one of the local Subways here on Chiefs Way. So much do that I will not be back. First, while getting out the coupon that was I got in the mail, the sandwich maker rudely said, we don’t take coupons! I asked politely, since when? She replied, again rudely? It’s been months! They lost my business. Btw, the Subway at the Navy Exchange on Hwy 98 will happily accept coupons. And it’s located outside of the Exchange so you dummy need to be military or have a military ID to patronize the business.

Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Asked for a footlong they gave me 2 halves so they could use up the bread. They were both the short halves so didn’t equal up to a footlong. Then this dude put my bread in the toaster nothing on it! After I said something the guy separately tossed my meat which equaled to 3 pieces of bacon. The entire time he was talking to his coworker nonstop and wouldn’t pay any attention to me or my order.

I happen to know one of the workers from a past situation so he straight up refused to serve me and walked away from the drive thru window. Was very rude and unprofessional if you ask me coming from a grown adult, Chris Strickland. But the girl who came to the window was sweet as can be. So I guess next time I’ll just have to make sure he’s not working so I can at least get food.

Before I could even order the guy looked at me an said “we don’t take coupons” I had one in my hand it was 2footlong sandwiches for $12.99. Honestly I never used to clip them,but since everything is so ensanely high I do now. What I don’t understand is if u have the coupons then obviously you should accept them. The guy refused to say why. I go to this one all the time,but now maybe I will reconsider.

I pre-ordered food, waited the appropriate amount of time, and then went in to pick it up. As soon as I walked in (I didn’t even say a word), I was told that if I was waiting for an order, it wasn’t ready, it hadn’t been started yet, and would have to wait till the 11 people in line had ordered and gotten theirs as well. All this was said rudely and loudly from one of the employees and all the customers looked at me, like I had a KKK hod on my head . Next time I want to pretend that I’m on trial for drowning puppies, I’ll go to this subway, but I probably just won’t be back. Since subways are as common on spots on a ladybug, I’d find a different one to go to. May I suggest you do the same.

Just got me a teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, Subway’s always pretty good don’t think I’ve ever had a bad Subway although I like food in general but they were pretty decent there I came in on the lunch rush and it only took him about five minutes to make my sandwich which is not bad especially during lunch rush. Customer service is trash. I went for the convenience of a drive-thru and they completely ruined my sub. I ordered one of the premium subs (Turkey Cali Club) which costs more than their regular subs. Instead, I essentially got a plain sub with turkey and bacon and didn’t receive the avocado and fresh mozzarella the sub is supposed to come with. The items included for the sub are listed on the menu, how is it so difficult for a sandwich maker to read the list of ingredients and make the sub? And the employees there are straight up rude to some of the customers.

We arrived just when the crowd came in. They were gracious and gave me head of the line. Ordered the old standards: Meatball and Chicken Teriyaki. Despite the press of other customers they prepared the sandwiches perfectly. Handled the orders in an efficient manner. Everyone seemed pleased, as we were.
