Fairly small with a limited but tasty menu
NO LUNCH ON WEEKENDS
Breakfast is only included with certain bookings in Even. Otherwise it can be purchased separately.
Several clearly marked vegetarian and Gluten Sensitive menu items
Noticed some presumably lower carb options too.
Very clean. Staff can be very busy but still are attentive and kind and aware of the kind of clientele they are serving (many from medical center and with dietary restrictions).

Picked up a yummy to go breakfast from Cork&Kale today. We had the salmon plater and it was good!! I thought the salmon was going to be cold smoked salmon but it was the cooked smoked salmon – and it was still quite good. The platter included a toasted bagel, cream cheese, red onion, capers and a hard boiled egg. Additionally, they will be getting an espresso machine soon to serve lattes.

I arrived after they breakfast time was over but the kind employee was still willing to serve me breakfast as he still had food available. There was a very short wait time and all the staff was incredibly friendly.

To eat or Not to eat
I gave only 3 stars because it feels more like a hotel breakfast than a breakfast joint and I know it was in a hotel and if I ever stay there I will for sure eat their breakfast again. The guy that served us was excellent and the food tasted awesome. I do wish they had more options for breakfast as well it was a very small menu.

Everyone is very helpful and polite. I have eaten in the restaurant a few times and the food was very good. The breakfast and the happy hours are good also.

Food is good but pricey for what you get. Usually only 1 person on so the wait for the food can be longer. Located in the hotel. Soda is 4.00 a glass and usually pretty flat.

Stayed at Even Hotel and was nice and clean. Had chicken tacos at hotel restaurants and delicious. Menu said comes with zesty coleslaw on tacos but didn’t, just meat with side salsa, avocado and sauce but still excellent. Drinks good too. Food reasonably priced. Was overcharged for an extra drink, server made me feel like I made a mistake but I know I didn’t. He willingly adjusted the bill but seemed odd. I never had a server give detailed bill but only listing food at $12.00 with a total bill of $46. Normally they itemize all. Still good service. Nice healthy options. I’ll watch credit card but will go back . Just keep eye on bill.

There is absolutely no place to park. We ended up seating ourselves and waited for a random person to take our order. The service was very bad. Half of the items that are shown on Google are not on the menu. However, the food was good.
