Chris is the worst every time me and my kids visit this subway he has a really bad attitude and if customer service is not what you want to do find another job I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning I’ve let it slide several times because people have bad days but this is every time we visit but not one time have we been rude or anything to him but is attitude when customers come in is awful and there is no excuse he does need to work with the people

I always forgot why I stopped going to Subway. These companies print out coupons but yet you take the coupons to the store and none of them all of a sudden accept coupons for whatever reason which is stupid to me. Anyways, the quality of the food sucks as always. This is the only sub place I know in the entire world where they charge you x amount of dollars for a sub that you don’t even get full off of. I got a simple sub like a tuna sub for somebody and they put like the smallest of tuna on it, flatten it down and try to fill it up with a lot of vegetables. The only place I know I can definitely go and get a good quality. Sub is Publix. At least I get my money’s worth there and they’re not stingy with their portions. Like the amount of tuna Subway gave me wasn’t even enough to fill up a toddler. I definitely won’t eat here again ever. Not even in the near future. You know it’s bad if you always got a image in your head about a restaurant like this. It was very stingy with their meats kind of put puts you in the mine frame of Taco Bell a little bit where they give you a small amount of meat in the bottom and then 90% vegetables. If I want to charge you 10 or $15 for a meal that’s not even worth it. Anybody looking to get a good quality sub I would definitely check out some of the local places around like Publix or one of the local restaurants, they have subs that actually give you a decent portion of protein on your sandwich.

Well, when I ride by, which is often, there’s usually a few customers inside or walking in or out so that tells me it’s no different from any other subway except the parking is tight and uncomfortable.

There should be no reason that is the only subway in distance and they close early. It takes at least 10 minutes or more to get to another subway. They shouldn’t be closed before 8:30 PM. I pulled up at 8:30 and the light was on. I knocked on the door just for them to come cut the light off. The door obviously says closes at 9. And this is January 21 2022 ON A FRIDAY !

I went in today to get a sandwich for my wife. I had to leave several places because of poor attitudes but Chris was the man of the day. He was polite and provided excellent service. My accent is horrible sometimes but he didn’t disrespect me like the 2 other places I tried to spend money with. Great service and I will go out of the way to shop here. Great job Mr. Chris plus the sandwich was made perfectly

On 2 separate occasions I visited this store and it was about 6 or 7pm both times and they had the door locked. It says they’re open til 9pm there was employees there, looking at us like we were stupid. One of the times I called and asked if they were open, the lady who answered phone said they’d be open in 30 min. I understand not having enough help but not every time I visit. All I can say is good luck if you decide to eat here.

We ordered for delivery, because we don’t have a running vehicle, they charge extra extra for that, they forgot an item and want us to pick it up!?? If I had a vehicle I wouldn’t be ordering for delivery then they can’t deliver it, but I paid for that item and delivery. SMH
