They are getting better. I would not have given 4 stars a few months ago but they’ve made changes and are better than ever. I think they had a problem keeping good help, sometimes they had just 2 people doing a meal. They deserve recognition for how far they’ve come. The food is always good, the breakfast is hard to beat

Usually I have a very pleasant experience with Burger King however today I could tell they were very understaffed.
I gave them a four because that’s what I would normally give them
Service is usually friendly.
Orders are usually correct or easily correctly.
They have good coupons.
Today I had to pull around twice for lack of answer in the drive thru. Then I was told to pull up. No problem at least my food was hot.
But the poor guy who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Another customer pulled out without his food and they thought it was my order and then I wasn’t given my fries for my 3 dollar double cheeseburger meal. I also had already asked the guy to go get my drink because he forgot to bring it out. I will go back. Just disappointed.

Stopped in for a late night meal for my wife who is expecting. Employees were absolutely outstanding and extremely courtious even though it was a large order right before close. I always have good experiences at this particular BK and it’s the only one I can say that for. Don’t usually leave reviews like this but felt I had to give these guys a positive note. Great customer service and great food! Compliments to the employees working that night!!

Well food is usually hot when you order in drive thru but only because they almost always have you pull around and wait..even then better check your order because I don’t think they do..most of times I have to sit in front and wait even longer for my food I should have got in drive thru…since they make you pull around it looks like they are doing good to the bosses but horrible for customers. People are nice and they do make an effort but if you are looking for fast food try somewhere else.

The service itself was friendly… with the exception that they were out of several items that they didn’t tell me about until they gave me my order i.e No lettuce for my sandwich, No specific sauce for my nuggets, No specific sauce for my mozzarella sticks. They had little to No traffic and my sandwich was dry, Not fresh. The lobby was clean and behind the counter was… decent. Since I don’t live here and was only passing through I only have 1 experience to go off of, but I will most likely Not return.

I’ve never left a review before but I had to leave a review for this one. I’m use to BK serving lower quality burgers but this particular BK store prepared one of the best burgers I ever had. It seemed like the store was short staffed so I did have to wait a while for my food but I could over look it considering my food came out delicious and fresh. I can’t guarantee my next burger from them will come out as great as it did this time but they earned this positive review for this particular experience.

First time coming in was today. Ordered a #2 small fry large drink and some chicken fingers. Told to pull around the front to wait and I did. Waited about 15 mins and went in because I knew it doesn’t take that long to fry some fingers as I’ve worked for the franchise years ago. Food was handed out the window. Explained what food I ordered and got every other burger except for the one I ordered. First and last time I’d ever go to this location.

Typically, we have such a rollercoaster of experiences here that the good will outweigh the bad. However, a few nights ago, I had gotten 2 meals, and 1 extra sandwich for a child. When we got to the window, we asked for 2 Zesty sauces for the full order. She said it was “0.37 cents for any extra sauce”. I paid the woman the 0.37 cents for the extra sauce that I wound up noticing to be buffalo sauce.
A mistake on the sauce seemed accidental. But when I left, I was questioning why for 2.5 ‘meals’ that we could not even have more than one sauce. Which I would find that to be a joke if that’s true. In which I can just make them “two” seperate orders just to be spiteful to save the 0.37 cents. Be clear on the real rules, and if this is not a real rule, you need to educate the employees to not scam people no matter how measly the amount is.

I moved to Claxton in April and have only went to this Burger King twice and both times were horrible. Just today I went through the drive thru and the lady took my order and it came up on the screen exactly how I ordered. Well by the time I finally got to the window it took forever for her to take my payment. Once she finally ran my card she then gave me one bag which I clearly knew one bag was not enough for all that I ordered. Typically I don’t check my bags but glad I did because for one I was missing a whole order. Then I had to ask for the sauces that I clearly requested which she then gave me and said have a nice day. Well I then turned and said I never received my drinks. So as I was already disgusted, she hands me three drinks with lids that didn’t fit because they were out. Fun times driving with them in my car. So, I get home which is five minutes from there and all of our fries were cold, my tea was unsweet rather than sweet and my daughter’s pie was not in the bag. That was partly my fault too because I forgot to ask them to do their JOB!!!! So needless to say they need some major training with their staff!!!!

Ordering was awful 2 ppl on same register and neither knew how to do it well or what specials they had . I had to correct them or they would have given me way too much money back. And boss way yelling at employees and threatening to clock them out for not doing their jobs . Food was sloppy and gross .overall I’d only stop again if I was starving
