I don’t normally do this cause I understand people get busy but the man working in Subway today need a lesson on cross contamination serve state standards and to regularly change his gloves after making someone sub I witnessed him make two people in front of me a sub and touch the computer to cash them out as well as touch his face a few times without changing gloves I had to request he change his gloves before making my sub he had a poor attitude throwing food into the containers he even looked at a customer picking up mobile order and stated you people with the mobile order pointing at him as well before I left I watched him serve 3 more customers with same gloves I made him put on for my sub if you don’t like your job then go somewhere else but this kind of service in the food industry is unacceptable will not come back here as long as he is working here

I will not go to this Subway again. 6″ meatball sub was only 5″, the meatballs were tasteless, and they had no wet (sandwich) hot peppers. Pepsi soda machine did not offer diet Pepsi. Charged me more than price on sign and, when I asked about this, they said the prices went up but sign hadn’t been changed yet. Bad experience.

8/9/22 at 12:30pm: HORRIBLE service. Smart a$$ girls working had something smart to say about any thing any customer said, they were rude and confusing just trying to order. Continued with smart a$$ remarks on my way out. One of our subs was supposed to be toasted and the bread was barely warm.
Get a Publix sub, you will do much better, or at least you will have friendly service.

On June 1 AM, 2023 I ordered an Elite Chicken % Bacon Ranch sandwich including all toppings. When we got to the toppings I had noted that there were 2 containers of lettuce one of which looked wilted and had brown spots. I asked that the fresher looking lettuce be put on my sandwich and was told they had come from the same batch. I continued to request the fresher lettuce and was told it was the lighting that made one look different. After 3 or more rounds of this back and forth, I knew I was not going to have my sandwich “Subway My Way”. I didn’t, paid for it and left. Incredibly, incredibly rude customer service. Never have I experienced such disregard for the customer and argumentative behavior…over a handful of shredded lettuce! Written by a former Subway enthusiast.
