Lady behind the counter today was rude. Obviously angry because I asked her to cook the bacon and not serve it raw, the lettuce was brown and she advised its all she had. So after I got my BLT minus the L, with no offer of any options, she delivered this gem as I walked out “Have the day you deserve”. Had there not been other patrons eating inside I would have turned around and addressed. Apparently she was having a bad day and wasn’t up to working. 10 bucks for a sandwich I won’t eat. Thanks!

I come a few times a week, and the 2 older ladies that are there almost every day. Are rude!!! People walk out while their sandwiches are being made , because they are so rude and cranky, i will take my buisness elsewhere, like the new sandwich shop down the street! Something needs to be done with these 2 ladies, yall are loosing buisness

Ordered take out Hamburgers were over cooked french fries were soggy and cold not plentiful at all. We were supposed to get tater tots which we did not the bartender/waitress was rude. Not a place we will ever buy from again

I’ll never ever eat here! Came in as a Door Dasher at 7:30pm on 6/15/25. Asked an older lady employee with glasses and a serious attitude problem if both of my sandwiches were in the bag for my part of the job to be complete and was met with hostility. Upon asking if both were in the bag to confirm I had my full order instead of the usual “yep! You’re all set!” I usually get from every other location I dash for, the Subway employee replied “what do you think?” “Cant you feel both of them?” I bet you could feel both of them if you actually felt the bag.” “Matter of fact if you actually felt it, I bet you would have found that there’s napkins in there too.” She said this so rude and so cold hearted I was shocked. What if I had a condition where I couldn’t physically feel textures with my hands?! What if I was disabled? This woman was cruel and had no remorse for saying this. I am really disappointed in you subway for having an employee like that woman being the face of your company to the public. I do not care how much you hate your job, you need to act in a professional manner with every customer while you are on the clock! This was sickening and unacceptable! To the heartless employee, if you cannot control yourself in a hospitable manner maybe you should switch to a non-customer care/ non-hospitality career. To the company I am just saying watch out for this ableist liability you have on your hands.

It’s so loud in there you have to scream your order. The sandwich artist put a bunch of toppings I didn’t want in the oven with the chicken and because I was in a rush I just got it anyway. Lettuce is always brown and wilted. I also drove home to eat and noticed there was a long hair in it. Gross.

There was an older Lady working this day, and she was rather rude to the customer ahead of me, and kept hurrying him up. He was on the phone ordering for other people, and I guess she didn’t like it. There was nobody else in there, so no need to rush. Other than that, the young Gentleman was very nice, and did great.
