I been there a couple of times and sometimes its good then its bad. There is this guy with badges on his hat, would charge me 1.80 for getting syrup sugar and even given me wrong order. I ordered a Regular coffee and a hot chocolate and he gave me two coffees. And this keeps happening with him and not the others. I hardly leave reviews but i really feel like he should be trained a little bit more better.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened, but now the manager and district manager have decided to start ripping off customers. They are now charging “espresso solo” to add a shot to a drink, which is almost 3 dollars instead of the “espresso add” for 1.25 like it’s supposed to be. Every Starbucks in Johnson city still charges the correct way btw, it’s only this location in Elizabethton that has decided to rip off the customers. Do yourself a favor and just go to seven brew.

Usually this place is pretty good, but today there were four people behind the counter and three of them, including the supervisor, sat back and chit chat while one person in obvious training did all of the work on drinks. Process from waiting at the cash register til receipt of a vanilla foam cold brew took 20 minutes – and the vanilla foam cold brew was incorrect. Nowhere near a cold brew. More like an iced latte.

Starbucks coffee and food is good but the management staff was terrible she was talking crap about her employees and putting other people down. BTW that is for the old manager the old manager was a brat. The new manager Marlena is the best one there yet. She is always kind and energetic and she cares about who works for her and has a kind heart. And ps she makes the drinks really good.

Normally the service here is great, however tonight my niece and daughter wanted a pink drink after ball practice. No big deal, the woman(Angie) that was working was extremely rude with my girls(both under 10). I’m guessing because it was 7:15, but still NO REASON to be rude to a 9 year old that was spending her own money with this establishment.

Poor open crowded busy high-priced Grocery store environment yet very poor layout.
The high-priced drinks just taste basic , kind of like watered down for Starbucks.

Comfortably Numb
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Took 10 minutes to tell me the machine was broken so they couldn’t make my coffee. Then took another 5 minutes just to give me my money back. No apologies, no offering a different coffee, nothing. And that was with the “customer service manager” at the register! Don’t waste your time or your money!!
