Made a pick up order it had no sauces or condiments on it. Called the store and the person who answered said she made them personally so she know it was made right. And got a attitude. Couldn’t take it back because i was headed to work and work 12hrs. And my sandwich so dry.

If I could do zero I most definitely would, they had the store door lock with a customer sitting at the table. The young lady at the register just walk in (was mad bc she had to come in on her day off) but she didn’t take it out on us but the one with the stank walk come to the door rude as all out door. It was literally 5 ppl outside trying to figure out what was going on.

On Thurs Nov 6 2025 at 3p I went into this location to grab lunch, I was the only one in this store and I stood there waiting for help while 3 people never acknowledged me at all, no hello welcome in , give us a moment or nothing. I was just standing there totally ignored. After awhile a young man tall took my order and while preparing my two sandwiches he asked the manager (a young lady with black and red braids to put my condiments and veggies on and she said nope she don’t like doing that). So this young man prepared both sandwiches on his own. I can not say their names because no one had on a name tag except the manager and it only said manager no name. Very very very unprofessional and I’m surprised subway allow this kind of behavior. I will not be coming back because if you can’t even say hello welcome I’m then I need to take my money elsewhere..

If I could put 0 I most definitely would! I’m trying to understand how I order a catering order for a large group and you guys refuse to label the box? I want to report this to the corporate office! This is NOT business! And I am confused because I giving you guys my business and my money, the least you can do is be cooperative and provide me with what I paid for! The managers are unprofessional & so is the staff! I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER come back to this location again! This is ridiculous! I have people who do not eat Pork receiving ham, this is a nightmare to say the least!!!!

The absolute worst Subway in Columbus to go too. You know it’s bad when Buena Vista and Victory Dr Subway has you beaten in quality. I don’t know who is in charge of hiring here, but their vetting process needs serious reworking. The gentlemen who made our food was constantly distracted looking at his phone and working at a snails pace. He sloppy prepared the sub with little care and kept picking up his phone with the same gloves he used to make the sandwich. Couldn’t even be bothered to cut the sub himself. Disgusting. 1 star. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed an online order it wasn’t ready. The young boy behind the counter was very ignorant and greeted me by asking “what you want”. Started making my subs but walked away to clean an have someone else finish. Mumbled profanities under his breath as if I didn’t hear him. Also witnessed them tell a customer that he couldn’t eat inside 30 minutes before closing. Lastly neither of my subs were made correctly. First and last experience for simply because one ignorant person didn’t want to work that night!

Went over to subway after searching through piles at black Friday and I needed to wash my hands because its just nasty not to and they told me I could only use the bathroom as a customer. I informed them that after I washed my nasty hands I was planning on being one after I washed my hands and he told me I had to buy food first. I told him to kick rocks and I wouldnt be back. Every time I go to this subway. They are always out of something. They never have the nacho foot long box or maybe they didn’t want to make it. The guy that worked 6/3/25 night was on the phone while working I guess he was upset because the girl told him to call back when it’s not busy… he proceeded to ask me what I want I asked for the nacho footlong he advised they don’t have the box I asked can he put it in something else he said that would be a up charge. I said I didn’t care for a up charge he then took the next person order instead of asking if that was all I wanted. That was very disrespectful thank god for the young lady that came out and took my order. It took everything in me not to go off on this man. I feel his personal problem “phone call” affected his customers service. I didn’t know your supposed to be on personal calls while working. I honestly feel like he was hoping I would leave once hearing “they was out of boxes” like sir that was not the only reason for my visit and you should of done a better job by asking is there anything else you can help with… you was hoping I’ll leave so you can get back on the phone.
