I ordered online from this Dominos, I received my order about 30 minutes later. I received the wrong order. I called the store and was told they would remake my order. An hour later I called to get an update on the delivery, after they answered the phone the delivery driver showed up. Once I got inside with my remade order I open the box to find a burnt pizza.

I’m in disbelief how rude the General Manager was to me.
On November 30, my carry out order had very little sauce on my Garlic Parm wings. I asked to speak to a manager about it and the guy at the counter said he was the manager and that the amount of sauce provided was appropriate. The picture posted can speak for itself, as it’s clear there isn’t enough sauce. He said I had to pay to add more sauce.
Here is some important background info: in a precious order from Nov 6 which was delivery, they did not put any sauce on my two Buffalo wing orders. So I called that in and they said I’d received a credit. I came in Nov 24 to get the wings replaced and also ordered pizza. Long story short everything was fine and wings all had ample sauce and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The same general manager was also there helping complete everything. I left happy.
So this is where I get shocked. In this last order the manager was just downright rude. Telling me with a condescending voice that everytime I come into the store I complain. I said hang on how is me not receiving sauce my fault and I was never rude to anyone and that it has actually been my 2nd visit into the store.
I just moved to Charlestown from another state so him accusing me like this was just outright crazy. I also asked him why the sauce was scarse this time and not last time he said because the young girl made my chicken and not him. I was so exhausted from the whole ordeal that I said I’d just pay for more sauce and he said nevermind and just added the sauce anyway. So all this back and forth was for nothing. He just wanted to be mean and rude.
Saddened that after this I will not be able to order from Dominos again. I understand people make mistakes and I was very respectful and patient. I don’t order food to be disrespected and treated in that matter.

The person that answered the phone took to time figure out my order and explain the change of sauce was considered a topping and I didn’t know that. Still had a great experience over the phone and my driver was early and was great and he even came back for one garlic cup. I never even knew it was missing as I was watch the NBA game but he took the time to bring it back. Great overall service and will continue to order and tip well for that kind of service and good food all the way around.

Ordered a pizza by phone. They said it would be ready to go in fifteen minutes. Drove to the location and it was ready and waiting. The pizza was made correctly and was very tasty. Don’t forget to get an order of ‘parmesan bread bites’. A real favorite of mine.

Spent 35.00 and got nothing but half cooked doughy pizza…when I contacted the store manager Kayla was very rude, told me to come back in and they would remake them… ummm no thank you I seen enough out of the employees while I was there, goofing off, smacking each other ect. Yeah I don’t want a remake so they can do who knows what to it…I wanted a refund..:I told her I would send the pics of my pizza, that I lived in otisco and I was not coming back into town to waste my gas…she said well sorry all I can do is remake it…I said nevermind that that I would never order pizza fron them again I was told ok, good!!poor customer service!

I visited 9 months ago and I wasn’t impressed, I revisited tonight and they have really changed my mind about this location. I ordered 2 pizzas and everything was perfect and tasty. I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed, both were excellent! I’m glad I decided to try then again. Good Job people!!
