My husband and I came in tonight for dinner. We do not eat here much but when we do service is great. Tonight, service was terrible. They had a friend in there talking. Yet, we do not get a welcome in the door. My husband ordered a pizza. The young lady put all his topping in the center of his piza and did not cut it well. We cut it when we got home. I ordered a Baja steak sandwich and I was not pleased with the way my sandwich was just thrown together. I instantly told my husband I do not want the sandwich and he could have it. He was not pleased with it either. It was sloppy and more veggies and condiments with little steak. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered. Very disappointing.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. In the past year I have seen a major change. The manager is very helpful and always has the best interest for the customers. We have seen her scrubbing the store, along with other employees. They are working hard on getting this place clean and back up to where it should be. If you had stopped coming due to how nasty it was please come and check it out. I had pictures but can’t post them on here. Went in again twice on 1-26-25 the manager was there for the lunch rush and the night rush. Does she work all day. Never have I met a more dedicated manager. Always friendly, always have a great experience when she works I seriously hope she stays for awhile.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been in. You walk in an it just doesn’t look clean or feel clean. Got banned and had the cops called on me because I reported this location to corporate office about something I witnessed with one of their employees. So when I happen to go in there a couple months later. In the middle of making my sandwiches the guy I reported recognizes me and called the cops. Just like that. Customer service is awful. That’s been my experience. It’s always a couple of teenagers running the place! And they’re in no hurry to fix anyone’s sandwich. Now they’ve put up metal lids so you can’t see what the food looks like they’re making your sandwich with. They close whenever they want. Whoever owns this particular subway has no idea how to run a business.. I would expect to see a subway with that atmosphere in that condition with those kinds of employees, in the slum part of a city.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered food online waited 45 minutes and said to he’ll with it and got two out of the three sandwiches I paid for and left. They were not busy only had three customers in the whole store.

The employee in this Subway was rude, she claimed she couldn’t hear me, but when I came in she saw me. Tried to place a order right in front of her, she kept claiming she couldn’t hear me. She was yelling. I told her that she didn’t have to yell at me. She was being very rude to me. As a customer I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. I used to get very good service in the past until today. I will never come to the Subway in Manchester, Ga AGAIN. Sad that customer service is getting so terrible. I will take my money and business elsewhere. They don’t even deserve the one star.

Stopped by at 8 p.m tonight, all the lights were on, there was one worker inside and the door was locked and no notice on the door. They were closed yet the hours show 10 p.m as closing time. This isn’t the first time they’ve been closed much earlier than shown on the door and their website. Do they just operate at their employees’ convenience?

I stopped in last night to get my husband a sandwich for dinner. One of the employees had several friends in the store with her while she was working. They were being very loud and speaking inappropriately, to say the least. She was so busy entertaining her friends that she wasn’t paying attention to what I was telling her. The bacon wasn’t cooked properly on the sandwich because she put cheese on top of it before she put it in the toaster. Next time I’ll visit earlier in the day, before the children begin working the evening shift.

I ordered a Tukey Cali Sub. A #12. They had avocado’s but were frozen and no spinach. Why would you advertise this if you don’t have the toppings it advertises? Also heard a gentleman ask for unsweetened tea. There was none.

Don’t even want to give 1 star. Worst Subway ever!! They never have what you want or they say the truck hasn’t ran. BS! Maybe the manager needs to do a better job at ordering supplies for it’s Subway. Went in there today for a steak wrap. Well then she informs me after she started making it that they don’t have any condiments, out of everything but some ranch, buffalo sauce. I was fine with that because the guacamole would help it not be dry. Well nope to that too because it was still frozen! Because they didn’t take it out of the freezer! If it’s no condiments this week and then the next is we are out of this meat, that meat or they only have one kind of bread to chose from! This place sucks!!!!
