You simply need more than one employee. If you had another they should have stepped out and helped . I ordered for 4:20. Showed up at 4:30 and the kid was filling online orders from before mine for the people in front of me . Two people came in behind me. I finally left at 4:45. The meatballs burned him, and my sandwich was totally soaked ( by steam? Idk) when i got home. Maybe the trays are too hot.

This is my second time ever eating at the subway and will be the last first off the lady was making fun of me and my husband‘s ponchos then when we finally were up in line for our order she had an attitude and refused to wait on us called her manager over and said I’m not doing this I literally looked at my husband and turned around and walked out the manager came out and said no please come back in and I said no I will never be back again she does not need a job

Would leave 0 stars if it would let me. Went to order food and stood there waiting 10 mins to order food while 2 workers stood there having a conversation with a friend and never even acknowledged me or my family to take our order.
