The two older ladies working today were clueless as to how to do their job. When I placed the order on UberEats, I’m going to give them grace and allow them time to make the sandwiches, I get it, life isn’t easy down here, but I literally told you the name of the order and the person that I was standing there for, 3 times, loud and clear. Let me make that clear, it was loud, clear, and concise, I don’t know if it’s an incompetency issue or what, but come on, do a better job than that ladies, I told you the name of the person I was standing there waiting for for 20 minutes for on 3 separate occasions, that should be more than enough to understand that this person is here waiting for this order, not just standing around for nothing. When the order was finally made they asked me who I was waiting for, like I didn’t just clearly tell you 3 different times? Do better.

The food was delicious. Server was very friendly. However, I don’t think putting on gloves tak we should the place of washing your hands. The server was in the lobby talking on her phone. She started putting on her gloves without washing her hands. Sorry, I don’t like getting sick. It’s a bummer.

This visit was a really good visit. Much better than it use to be. Had stopped coming to this location for a while because we were treated so rudely a few times. Decided to give it another chance and the service was great but I didn’t recognize either of the people that served me on thi day. Keep up the good Hard work. $13 for a cold sub. Would’ve been warm if the two women working would’ve actually helped one another instead of one just standing there. Let my sandwich go cold to focus on an online order after I had done stood in line for 20 mins. Also asked for ranch on my sub and was definitely given Mayo instead.

The food is good. The only cautionary point I can make is look at the toppings as they are putting them on your sandwich. Sometimes the lettuce or spinach is “bruised”.
Also, the parking in the small shopping center is atrocious during heavy meal times. Too small given that another quick bite establishment is in the same center.

Giving me weird faces as I made my order. Asked for guacamole and they put one scoop in the middle and didn’t even spread it, outrageous! Asked for water cups and they gave it to us and halfway through the meal they said we needed to pay for it and went on a man hunt to find out who paid and who didn’t. Sandwich was pretty good tho.

So I ordered via doordash, purchasing my sub and chips along with TWO VITAMIN WATERS. Well, they only sent one vitamin water. This happened yesterday. So today, when I ordered via doordash the manager told my dasher that she had no proof that I didn’t receive it even with a receipt. I stated I didn’t receive it in a review when it happened. Still I have yet to receive my drink or reimbursement!!!!!!! AWFUL SERVICE.

the food was amazing, but the worker lily was very rude. she had asked what kind of sub i was making, and i had said i was building my own and when i said that she gave me a rude look and said “so what do you want on it”. i told her chicken but I had made a mistake and thought that the teriyaki was chicken. and then she said “Thats teriyaki !” and I had said “well ill get that then” and she started mumbling under her breathe to either herself or her co-worker. i couldn’t make out what she said because of her mask. she is good at what she does but her attitude is awful.
