My Sandwich was amazing but seriously they do no deserve a new building to offer terrible service if you can’t be respectful and handle people this is not your line of work the food service is amazing my sandwich was delicious but the employees aren’t all bad just a selection of them. Won’t be back that’s my first and last time eating there all I can say is do better employees the food service industry depends on yall ♀️ money is earned not borrowed remember sometimes our money makes yours learn some respect

This is seriously the worst subway I have ever been to; Apparently the workers here do not know how to read English because if you place an online order and want your sandwiches toasted or if you want a different bread than regular then they will completely ignore it, you’ll order a pizza sub that they won’t even put marinara on. This place is a sorry excuse for a “sandwich shop” god forbid you actually go inside and place an order because they will be the most rude workers you have ever seen: on their phones ignoring customers, attitude when you ask to be served, and an overall vibe of hatred whenever you enter the store, such that you have walked in on them on their personal residence rather than a place of business. I sincerely hope that the subway at the gas station will be ran by someone else or at the very least that they have different workers.

Where do I even begin with this? I ordered a “flatizza” toasted flatbread veggie pizza with marina and mozarella cheese. To my surprise, I get the item to the right. lol I go back to Subway and ask them to remake or give me a refund please. The lady who made it popped an attitude saying that’s what she saw on the order screen. I don’t know about you but common sense would tell me something wasn’t right with just cold veggies and cold bread . I’d be asking questions. Anyhoo she called the manager and she ignored me for 5 minutes. Another employee told me the app sometimes won’t tell you if you they have an item or not. That’s messed up I paid for an item they didn’t even have. Wow. The one employee no matter how nice I am she has a bad attitude. Sad . Be careful what you order and make sure it’s in stock.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Subway location. My family and I placed a large order totaling around $130, and from start to finish, the service was frustrating.
First, it took multiple attempts—three calls—to get someone to answer the phone. Then, after receiving our order, we realized it was incorrect and had to call twice more to address the issue. One of the biggest problems was that the app offered “Vegan Patties,” which the store did not have. Instead of calling to inform us, they simply made the subs without them and said nothing until **I called back again** to complain.
When I went to the store to return the incorrect subs and have them remade, the customer service was unacceptable. The employees were unprofessional, using foul language right in front of me, catching attitudes, and generally showing no concern for fixing their mistake. If I’m spending that much money, I expect my order to be correct and handled with respect.
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Subway. I hope management takes steps to improve communication, customer service, and professionalism in this location because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

“I usually don’t do this but…Yours…mine… OURS.. I can do this for hours ” but seriously I’m so thankful for you all for fixing a sub for me but it was so messy that I couldn’t even eat it. It was more of a wet sandwich salad than a sub. It had more ranch and sides and barely any meat and the meat was frozen. But you all taught me a valuable lesson— COOK YO OWN FOOD! Hope y’all have a blessed day though and don’t do this to anybody else.

The sandwich was not wrapped, it was put in a bag. The sandwich I wanted was not available. He refused to put spinach on the sandwich I ordered. The store was out of many of the main ingredients-pizza, Swiss cheese. There was no option for bread choice, I got a soft gooey flakey white bread. Worst experience ever. Very sad about the decline of this restaurant.
