The employees at this location said they didn’t receive the order I placed through the mobile app. They said they can’t make my food or give me a refund, even though I showed them proof that my order has already been paid for. The employees called the owner of this location, and he told me that he’s out of town and can’t help me. They stole $42.12 from me, including the 15% tip I included on the order.

Beware going to this location. My wife ordered food from here using the subway app. She went to go pick it up and was told by the staff that they were not affiliated with Subway and the owners would be gone for 2 weeks. They stole 42.00. Wonder how the Marine Corps would like to know that they’re ripping people off on their post
