We were greeted as soon as we walked in our waitress. Kimora was very nice if she didn’t know something she would go ask. The place was very clean and well kept. I ordered the steak bites, which were surprisingly a very small portion. They were tender and juicy, but had absolutely no flavor. I also ordered a honey croissant, which was amazing with the house potatoes and a size Caesar salad my daughter ordered the eggulator with catfish, hashbrowns and cheese eggs, my fiancé ordered the ribeye with grits and he was greedy so he added on steak bites for six dollars. He said that it was really good. He also got a pecan toasted waffle in house potatoes overall it was a wonderful experience. It was our first time being there, we will definitely be back 10/10 ladies.

If you love the theme, this is a good place to come! The industrial feel in the restaurant is very well done. We ordered the garlic feta fries, which were crispy and well flavored. Sausage and cheese Grits were amazing. The portions are generous. Our server, Bronson was very kind, and the staff overall was attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a wonderful experience. We were greeted friendly and seated promptly. The sever Gaby was nice, patient and very helpful with the menu and questions.
Their menu options all sound delicious but we decided on the Hazelnut Iced Lattes, Chicken Fajita Omelet w/hashbrowns, Corned Beef Construct Skillet, Salmon Skillet and we shared the very large Apple Cinnamon Pancakes.
The prices were also good. We definitely recommend FH Brunch Factory.

We were searching for new brunch places, and this place popped up had a 4.4 star review, so we gave it a whirl.
Kind of a cool set up and concept of factory setting with an oil change bar the booths have a factory look. Place is kind of wide open to eat and unisex bathrooms.
We sat at the oil change bar, because it was the only open seats, and just didn’t have very many smaller tables, a lot of tables were pushed together for big groups today. We sat there for about 10 minutes, before anybody even helped us. There was a TV on at the bar, and what was weird. It was a Chinese “how it’s made show” making toilets and watches while we were eating breakfast. So after about 10 minutes the service got better, our server Kiyon was nice, smiling and doing her best! They seemed attentive, but throughout our brunch, we didn’t receive anywhere near a 20% tip service as it was slow. Service. As we were eating, people in the lobby waiting area to get served, were also complaining how slow it was to get a table.
For or food, $54 total…we got the chicken and waffles, and the chicken came out hot and the waffles were cold. It was good chicken, just cold . We also got the loaded hashbrowns, which comes with bacon and cheese and sour cream, they came out completely ice cold, and we had to send them back. The server was real nice in taking them back and bringing out a fresh plate 10 min later. We also got the breakfast delight, and also that plate was not hot, good food, again food was cold.
Overall, there are tons of places to eat, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and you do want to have that awesome experience that makes you want to come back, we will have to say that, unfortunately we will not be back. Too many choices to eat, and if you can’t get the food right and it’s cold, it just puts a bad taste in your mouth to want come back and spend $50 more dollars on brunch.
We wish this new business the best of luck, looks like they do have to iron out some wrinkles before it works out.

Impressed! Cool atmosphere all industrial/construction/assembly line themed. Our server Julia was so sweet and attentive and had great menu suggestions. Delicious coffee, loved my steak skillet and fresh wheat toast. Will definitely be back!

We made reservations for our bookclub meeting and this was a really great spot to meet, we had our own little section at the big tall table by the window, when you first walk in the hostess was so!!! sweet and our server was so sweet as well and the food was fire it was a nice vibe and good atmosphere DEFINITELY will be going back.

This was our first time in and from the start we were impressed by the design. It is all factory themed and all of the detail put into it was awesome and the signs were entertaining. They had a lot of great food options, we ended up ordering loaded fries and the steak skillet, both so delicious. Our waitress Julia was very friendly and attentive. Knowing it was our first time, she made sure to check in often to make sure we didnt have any questions. Only thing that could of made it better was a bloody mary 😉 but we will definitely be back!

My kids loved the cookies n cream pancakes, tiramisu latte was delicious albeit small, and eggcellent dish was great. Loaded hashbrowns cooked perfectly with bacon pieces, melted cheese and crispy hashbrowns. Husband enjoyed his skillet.

This was a really cool spot to have brunch. It was EXTREMELY clean, good service, and my food was good too. I enjoyed the chicken and waffles but the waffles were cooked just a bit too long and weren’t as fluffy as I would’ve liked but the chicken was perfect. The hot chocolate was amazing and definitely worth ordering. Thank you Julia for being a kind and patient server! I’ll be back in the future.

My daughter and I decided to try this place for brunch. The place looks great, however the service was very slow. We didn’t receive our food until almost 45mins after we ordered. I was never offered a refresh on my coffee. Our server did keep apologizing about the slow response for our food. The food when it arrived was not hot although it was in the mini cast iron skillets. My daughter also noticed that our server did not come back to ask us if we required anything like a refill etc. Especially give the price of the meals.
