This is the absolute best run Subway I’ve ever eaten in. The staff were rock and rollin while being super friendly. The place was clean. This is the way all fast food restaurants should operate. Happy staff equals happy customers. I highly recommend this establishment! We’ll be back for sure

Unique made my tuna sandwich. She had a welcoming attitude and a bubbly personality.

One of the lady’s told the other worker that they are only doing 3 sandwiches when the two of them are working, because I had 4 sandwiches and the woman before me had 3. I guess 7 sandwiches was too much work. The lady also was wiping the toppings bar down with a soiled wet napkin smearing all kinds of gunk around. It’s just lazy and nasty. Hire better staff. The date was 3/13/25 around 8 pm. Oh, and the other lady ripped my spinach up on my sandwich with her hands. Which was the craziest thing I ever saw. Poorly trained staff. A waste of $50

It never fails every time I go in there I over hear customers telling the staff that they live in Nashville and Fitzgerald. Woman at the cash register spoke on her cell phone while handling my food. Never spoke to me, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
The wrapping on the sandwich wasn’t wrap all the way, Lettuce and tomatoes fell out the sandwich.
Disgusting!!
Avoid this place.. there is another subway on Ashley.. save yourself and go to that one!!!!!!!!!

Ya know its kind of horrible that i have an issue with an employee every time that you visit your store.this shouldnt keep happening because i can spend $2 more and go to Jersey mikes or firehouse and have an enjoyable experience that someone appreciates my money .and by the way tell her instead of whispering about me to her co workers to where i can hear it say it to my face i find that being more disrespectful whispering about me than actually saying it . This is the second time and the owner said he would handle it lets see what corporate has to say about it

I have tried almost every Subway in Valdosta. This is the Best one I’ve visited! The staff is friendly, they’re quick, and they definitely listen. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also put me up on the special, which was great! The guy who helped me was named Quin I think and the other guy I don’t know was also really friendly. Great environment, I’ll definitely be coming back!

The new management has resurrected this place! Everything is FRESH! I refused to eat Subway for at least 10 years now, but I grabbed wifey a Black Forest Ham, and it was good. All veggies were crisp, cold, and fresh! Thanks to the new owners!!!
