I’ve found my previous experience in other Potbelly locations to be quite good, and I’m happy to say it’s continued over to this location as well
Here, I got the smallest version of the Prime Rib Steak sandwich
The bread here remains the best part. The multigrain bread is toasted extremely well on both sides – giving a super nice crisp without being overly chewy – rather it snaps when biting off a piece. It’s easily better than Subway’s bread, for example.
The inside of the sandwich is also quite solid. They didn’t skimp on the prime rib, as there were a ton of pieces inside, and they all tasted fantastic. I loved the char on these individual pieces.
The onions weren’t really caramelized, but their presence is still appreciated, and the swiss cheese is also melted great.
The hot peppers really are hot. I don’t know if I would get them next time, because they were a little bit spicy for me, but I really appreciated that they didn’t make any attempt to lower the spice level at all.
Overall, this chain remains serving up great sandwiches at a reasonable price point. 8.25/10

We’ve ordered a few times from Potbelly, but the recent experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. We decided to pay extra for avocado in our salads, expecting the creamy, rich addition that pairs so well with fresh greens. Unfortunately, the avocado provided was far from ripe, exhibiting a firmness that made it practically inedible, not to mention the off-putting brownish hues. It’s baffling that these were deemed serve-worthy, as it’s obvious when an avocado isn’t ready to be eaten once cut. Hoping for some resolution, I attempted to contact the restaurant for a refund on the avocado portion, but my calls went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to our disappointment.

One of the better sub places to get a hot and toasted sub. I also ordered a orange dream shake , unfortunately it tasted more like a Vanilla shake , but that is ok . The two employees that were working were very friendly. Clean and cozy establishment .

This was my first time ordering here I ordered a blta and requested extra avocado on it I actually paid for extra avocado but as you can see from the pictures I barely got enough to cover my sandwich let alone any extra plus I ordered cheese and there was none its like they don’t care they just make it how they see fit the bacon has a funny weird taste to it I’m not sure what it is I did however order the macaroni and cheese and that was very good

I love potbelly sandwiches, which is why I’m giving 2 stars.
However I was very disappointed with the service at this store. I ordered a Mediterranean without chicken and a few more substitutions. But what I got was a regular mediterranean chicken sandwich! I’m shocked how this can happen at 3 pm when there was no other customer in the restaurant. Worse was the casual attitude and lack of sympathy in serving meat on a vegetarian sandwich.
They did initiate a refund but very much let down by this store.

Sandwich took 45 minutes despite status on app saying it was ready. This location is understaffed and don’t order here if expecting service to take a reasonable amount of time.

Normally I would give this establishment 4 stars, I have in the past with the online survey I recently completed at one of the managers request. My last couple of visit have been horrible. Tonight after having a long day we stop in for our usual and I got an added ingredients of jalapeños. I don’t eat them and certainly don’t ask for them. Now the time before one of the workers made my daughter salad incorrectly and I asked him politely if he could remake it. He begrudgingly completed the task and I thank him told him to have a good day. Now this behavior tonight’s makes me wonder if he was getting payback in a childish manner. I love this establishment and really don’t want to have to defer to a new establishment because of immature people. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!

My and my friend had the worst server. He was immediately disrespectful to both me and her, and when he was called out on his behavior, he did not acknowledge us. I wish I had gotten his name so I could call him by name, but all I can do is bring awareness to other people thinking about coming to this location. If you want to be disrespected and talked down to, by all means come here.
