I stopped by on Halloween for a sub. The food was just what I ordered. The service was not.
Slow is an overstatement. The staff was not focused on this being a business and treated it like they were at a college party/family reunion. Unprofessional and embarrassing. 15 minutes on one sub that was to go. I’m not picky and not one to complain… Just won’t bother returning and will actively avoid this particular Subway.

Place a Togo order. Very rude at pickup. They made sandwiches wrong and was out of the bread and Pepsi in the bottle. She was by far the rudest person. Maybe a prejudice thing. I will not be back to this subway ever again

To the Lady whom was working at subway this morning by herself around 10:46 am Thank you for being very helpful and nice . I personally don’t know how you worked by your self cause honey you did a amazing job . You whete very friendly, had a great attitude. If I lived in the area I would stop in more cause I have never been to a place where the person was so nice to be by your self the place was very clean and well maintain. The food was great.

Usually I don’t have too much of an issue here, but tonight changed that. I ordered online. They did receive my order so I guess I’m already doing better than most of the other reviews here. I get to the location and the woman says “we don’t have any roast beef” No problem! I called me husband and asked what he would rather have. Tell the lady we’ll change it to a different sandwich. She shrugged. The lid to the meat section blocks everything which I feel is kind of sketchy but whatever. She goes to put the new sandwich in the toaster I tell her I don’t want it toasted. She gives me and attitude saying “the paper says toasted” (it also said roast beef so I guess we’re all making some changes) she gets annoyed when I said that was the roast beef and not the new sandwich. She rolled her eyes. She then goes to put stuff on it and I say it’s going to be different than what was on the roast beef sorry! She gets more attitude. Then proceeds to put the smallest amount of toppings on it. At this point I’m over it. Just give me the sandwiches and let me go home. It wasn’t worth the argument. I get home and realize she put the wrong meat on the new sandwich and I didn’t catch it because she kept it all hidden behind the lid. Very disappointed. Won’t be back again.

The worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread wasn’t cooked all the way. The tuna had so much mayo or who knows what else in it that it was like soup. As soon as I opened it it fell apart and was just soggy. I only live 2 mins away. I should’ve took it back but I just threw it in the trash. Total waste of money.

I placed an online order and when I went go pick it up the one worker on staff claims he never had the order come through. I showed him the order (yes, it was for the correct location) so he began making it but then I asked him if I was going to have to pay for it again since I already paid on the app and it had already charged my card and he said yes since he never received it. I started asking question on why I had to pay again for subs that I never received and he just kept saying “I don’t know I’m new” over and over again. I left with no resolution and no food because I was not spending $40 on two subs. I called the number my bank gave me to get this issue resolved but it’s just a number for franchisees so then I sent an inquiry through the website and still have not heard anything back. All I want is a refund for the food I NEVER got.

This rating is for the owners who have 1 person working on a Sunday afternoon. Walked in. 1 person in front of me. Lady behind counter didn’t acknowledge me, but not completely her fault. How the u know what are u supposed to run a business with 1 worker. Raise your pay.

Follston ga. Don’t go here. Update Jan 2026. Freezer broke so the owner is bring the bread from her house? We stopped going years ago. thin meat sandwich was put together as a mess! Sloppy! Meat and veggies hanging out. Hardly any lettuce..So I guess we will take them off our list. We are regular customers of subway ..Mgr explained since last meeting they are to cut back on meats!! So we will cut back our business…very thin sandwich today and we ordered Xtra salami. Hubby said the sandwich maker was not focusing. He had to explain cucumber to him four times, he had to stop him from reaching for other veges. I guess he didn’t know what a cucumber was ♀️ staff all chit chatting and no one working. This restaurant has a long history of disappointing it’s customers. We won’t be back!
