Staff was extremely rude. Had AirPods in her ears but kept asking, “Huh?” to everything we asked. Tourist town so I’m sure customer service isn’t a priority.

Very thankful this subway on St Simon’s was open late! Attendant was tired and not too generous with any topping even sprinkle of seasoning. Grilled chicken was very chewy. Whole wheat roll was nice. Edible late night meal but not great.

I make 2-3 trips a week to this location and couldn’t be happier with the service that Jessica gives. Always greeted with a smile and a good conversation while she prepares my food. Whenever she is working things always get done quickly and I can be in and out in 10 minutes even if there’s 6 or 7 people in line. Always love the welcome feeling I get at this location.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service completely absent during my visit. Workers extremely rude and behaved as though they did not want to be there. One worker in particular made various snide comments to my family and I. Very dissatisfied will not be back ever!!

The manager apparently cussed at me because I didn’t hear her say have a great day. I AM DEAF. My friend informed me she called me a c*nt. All of the customers must have heard her say it. There was a full house. It was a middle-aged/older woman.

Went at 855am, and location was closed. However sign on door reads 8am. Not a big deal, until I motioned for the staff to see if they weee infact open, and was greeted with a gesture to read the sign on the door.. which reads 8am… guess it wasn’t convenient for them…

My usual stop for lunch if I’m near. This time was very disappointing. 10/6/2020.One person working who blamed someone else. We all had the pleasure of watching her chew away at a mouthful of chewing gum with her mouth open especially when she pulled her mask down at the register. Twenty minutes to get served with only four guys ahead of me. I will walk out next time if I see her in there.

Had lunch here when visiting St Simon’s Island. Usually I find most Subways very average these days with just about OK ingredients and so-so customer service. Not this one! Service was fantastic and enthusiastic, ingredients were fresh and they made it so well. It is a spic and span place, very well maintained. After a long time we found Subway meal and experience to be a great one. 5 stars!

How can any sub or sandwich shop be completely out of lettuce, tomatoes,green peppers and onions? And only have cheddar cheese? They are “waiting on a delivery”. Winn Dixie is a 2 min. walk, does no one prep in store any more? Need to get their supply line/ordering fixed. Left with no food
