Every time I order, I usually do so online to use my rewards, and when I show up half an hour later there’s no customers inside and they haven’t made my order yet. If there are customers inside they won’t let me in line, and take all their orders, and if I ask to start on mine they take someone else’s if the walked in the door midway through and wouldn’t finish mine. Multiple times this has ended up with me either walking out with no food, or the wrong food I paid for an hour or two prior because they waited and then would run out of what I asked for. One gentleman working was very sweet and helped me out but no one else in there has ever given me common courtesy.
When I called today to get my order fixed because they just put a “closed until 12:00” sign on the door while just sitting inside. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and every time I call now past noon they just hang up on me before I can talk.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN. Let me start off by explaining why . So I order a takeout order on the app it goes through no problem. I show up to the store it’s empty just one employee sitting in the corner on his phone and he ask if I’m picking up I say “yes” he says all our bread is hard and I say ok and ask him how long for some new he says a couple hours .. mind you this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered online from this store drove all the way to the store and then had to get a refund because they accepted my order knowing they didn’t have the ingredients

Came in an hour before the closing one guy was just sitting on the phone with his girlfriend. Chitchatting asked me what I wanted didn’t wash his hands. Had his headphones out still talking and trying to take my order then he said he was out of what I wanted, which was the cold cut combo The store looked completely trash Prep was out of line JUST STRAIGHT NASTY I was the Subway manager in Dallas, Texas for five years. Come on baby do better.

Used to be great, had a 5 star review from me. New guy working today is definitely high. Was asleep in a booth and kept nodding off while making my order. Took about 18 minutes to make one sandwich and had a line of uber eats waiting for him. Sad.

My sub was cold and the bread was real hard he acted like he put it in the toaster but didn’t when I got to the car to eat my food my cheese or nothing wasn’t even melt and they wouldn’t replace it or give me my money back not going back there again
