From our Chicago roots, we’ve always known that having a comfortable place to hang out, get great drinks, scratch food, awesome music, and the best service was something special. We create every Bar Louie with all of that in mind. It might not seem like an easy task, but we want to make sure you have a great time, any time you decide to come in. Nice Bar Louie location in the Gulch. Went for early lunch near opening at 11 am. Wasn’t busy and was seated promptly. However, they were obviously understaffed with just a hostess also acting as the only server, and a bartender. That was OK til they started to get very busy soon thereafter. Attention to our party fell off quicky. Food was fine but one of our orders was prepared wrong. Nice amount of bacon on the burger. Tots a little on the soft side. Overall not a bad experience but should have been a better given all the restaurant competition in Nashville. Again, place was nice with a good TV setup and a good location. Hopefully they staff better at other times!

Came in for dinner, I sat at the bar! The service was great, petite lady who is an Alabama fan was the bartender! She took great care of me and my guest! I ordered a strawberry lemonade sangria, love bird martini, and the steak frits! It was very good! 10/10!

Stopped in at Bar Louie and had a great time. We ordered fries and some nice cold beers, and everything hit the spot. The highlight of the visit was our bartender, Sam—she was excellent! Friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Great atmosphere, good food, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back

bruschetta was amazing. service was literally so bad. worst i’ve had in a long time. we were there in the morning on november 20th and our server was a young women, who was clueless. we were 1 of her only 2 tables she had. she did not know answers to anything, was not helpful at all with recommendations, she didn’t even know what kind of noodles the mac and cheese was. brought me different noodles than she said without checking to make sure that was okay. after working in the industry myself, i feel like as long as you know the menu and are attentive, then you can do well. she did not know the menu and was not attentive. did not check on our food or drinks, and did not tell us her name. we even had to get the bartender to get her for us TWICE. i did not like my drink and had a new one made (went up to the bar) and she did not change it on the receipt. I had to let her know that i got a new one myself and she did not even acknowledge it. staff should 100% know everything on the menu, be able to give recommendations, make sure your foods okay, and be in line of sight for at least a few minutes throughout the meal in case you need to get their attention. not sure if it was a personal issue with her not being a good server or if the training here was bad, but her service was truly embarrassing and is why this industry is dying. bruschetta was still really good though.

We’re traveling from out of town and got out of our concert late and wanted to avoid Broadway. This place was such a hidden gem. So glad we found it!! We had amazing food and service from Morgan! We came in at midnight and had a great experience. The Nashville hot tenders were delicious and sweet. I also got the Monterey chicken and it was fabulous! We will be back when we come back towards Nashville.

Loved the experience. Came on martini Monday when martinis are half off. Our server Presley was fantastic. She knew the menus so well and gave both drink and food recommendations. The cajun chicken and shrimp was amazing and I loved the lemon drop martini and the diva shot. Football was on the TV and audio and it was rather loud when it was pretty empty inside which I didn’t love but other than that it was all fantastic!
