I did an online order for pickup , I wanted the meatballs sub , it said they had it online so that’s what I decided to go with I get to the store , an older lady who I believe to be the store manager just stood there didn’t greet say hello welcome to subway or nothing so I stood there for a few mins then she finally asked can I help you, I told her I’m here to pick up my online order . Gave her the name did she say we don’t have any meatballs in a very rude way , so I said I’ll just get regular ham so I got that & begin to gather my bags and chips she literally laid my items on the table and walk off no thank you or sorry we had to accommodate you or nothing she just turn around and walk off . That’s so rude and shows no empathy respect or hospitality for the customers . For her to be a store manager you would this she would be better at her job . Guess not

I had a lil bit of money and decided to get a few subs. And as always ,the employees can’t get the order right. I got a foot long chicken teriyaki with all the fixings. What i didn’t get was salt and I didn’t taste enough chicken to make one small chicken nugget . And hardly any sauce. Thank God I had Hidden Valleys Secret Sauce.

I visited today for lunch. The girl made the sandwich very nicely. I complimented her and asked for a 12″. She sighed, rolled her eyes, got irritated and was rude as hell. I told her never mind. If praises are thanked with an attitude, don’t look for another compliment, nor a tip. Tip of the day, leave your problems at home with the boyfriend that’s sleeping all day, driving your car around or playing a game all day while you work. Your attitude determines your altitude. With that, you will stay at the bottom.

I cannot believe the lack of communication at this establishment. Theres a worker who literally just stares at you until you speak then he wont answer the questions your asking him. Not sure if this line of work is cut out for him if he refuses to speak to the customers. The veggies are always just sloppy and soggy. Lettuce always brownish. The tomatoes werent any good. They only have two workers and they are so slow making lines build up. Drink machines always out of order or no ice. Tea is always old with the lid off so dust falls right in..This happens almost eveytime i go here. Unless someone with sense is working….. But i do not appreciate someone who is just zoned out of their mind they refuse to speak or pay attention to what im saying .. its rude and unprofessional. Not he is one. At one time this subway wasnt so bad but it definitely fell off….. Wont be coming back to this one…

I just wanted to share, that we frequent this subway a lot,The subs are usually good..but for the last 3 weeks they have been without air conditioning, I feel sorry for the employees working without A/C..The owner can’t afford to fix the A/C ???

29 Dec 23 6:15. Young girl second day on the job made my Italian BMT and it was perfect. Good job! Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes but actually took more than 30. Went inside and the two girls were slammed but kept their cool. Impressive.

This was the first time I’ve been to a Subway in several years & I was quite impressed. There are tons of new menu items since I’ve last been. I had some garlic chicken thing and it was good. The 3 staff members (a woman, a young lady, and an even younger guy) who helped us were all very professional and courteous. The restaurant looked very clean.

Depending on which the subway you go to, sometimes there is a wait. In many of the subways, the person making sandwiches seems to want to make it the way they wanna make it and not the way you want it.

I feel like it’s common sense to warm chicken up even when the customer doesn’t want their sandwich toasted, but here I am with cold chicken. I guess service at this location just isn’t what it used to be. I used to always get wonderful food and always happy with my order. I just feel like lately I’m wasting my money when I could have went somewhere else and not gotten served cold chicken…
