Amazing fresh Thai flavors in a very nice setting.
The spring rolls are great and the Thai basil fried rice as well. We had fresh ginger stir fry with chicken and the udon noodles. All the dishes were wonderfully flavored and delicious. We will definitely be back!

The food is excellent and everyone is beyond kind. This crew is a wonderful team and it shows. It is welcoming from the moment you step through the door. This is obviously a well loved place as their were several to go orders and people dinning in. If you get the time stop by and try it. You will not be disappointed. I had already taken a bite of my food but it looked beautiful. Seriously they put the effort into their presentation and it shows.

The service here was absolutely amazing, and the food was some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Salem. My friend, who has actually been to Thailand, really enjoyed the food and said it reminded her of her experiences there, which says a lot. I ordered the shrimp pot, and the flavors absolutely burst in my mouth rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. My friend had the yellow curry and loved it, and another person in our group also ordered the yellow curry and enjoyed it just as much. Everything was delicious, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible Thai food and great service.

The best Thai food I’ve ever had! The flavor and freshness of the food was phenomenal. We started with Curry Puffs and potstickers. The puffs were one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Then we had the yellow curry with chicken and the red curry with chicken. Absolutely perfect, the combination of veggies and chicken were fantastic and they provide big portions for a great price. The service was great and while not a huge restaurant its size and decor were just right. I highly recommend this place and will advise everyone to try it so they don’t miss out on such a great food experience!

Delicious red and panang curry. The Thai ice tea was very good as well, and I liked the jasmine rice. We ordered take out and it was ready quickly. Nice bathroom inside too. Had high health and safety ratings on Yelp, and I’m glad I picked this Thai place as we stopped in Salem on our drive home. I’d love to come back when we’re in the area again!

Great food but really unwelcoming service. Casual family diner type setting. No vegan curry which was a bummer.
Veg Basil Fried Rice was amazing. Plenty of veges and well cooked with balanced flavors.
Garlic sautéed veges was also really good. Really yummy.
Vegan Pad Thai was a bit liquidy and soupy. But still had enough veges and. Crunchy peanuts.
Not sure why the server was disgruntled. She felt sulking when we made a couple changes to our order and gave us looks when we asked for water to fill our bottles. We praised the dishes but still that didn’t bring a smile on her face. Maybe it was their closing time and she’s the owner so can afford!
But still – great food and highly recommend. Nice clean restrooms also.

A calm and inviting environment with amazing food. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and depth. It was very filling but not heavy. Absolutely will be back. Can’t wait to try the next dish they suggest!

A hidden gem. Excellent dishes prepared with very fresh ingredients. My personal favorites are chili jam duck and the spicy crispy pork belly, the wife loves the pad Thai and the basil stir fry. Curries are excellent.
Lee is very kind and she took the time to know my name by the second time I came in for take out, and I take that to be a very good sign as it is the little things that combine to create the quality of the whole. I have returned once a week and I will continue to return and to wholeheartedly recommend Royal Thai Kitchen.

Food was excellent and hot. A bit on the spicy side as expected. Pot stickers are perhaps the best I’ve tried. Pad Thai was on the sweet side but with well developed flavor. My drunken noodle had great flavor, the chicken tasted like it was cooked fresh, noodles were a bit soft but didn’t detract from the dish. Will definitely be eating here again.

Great service, they were very kind. Food was flavorful, specially the black and garlic tofu and the basil fried rice. We are vegan and we were able to order vegan food. They have a small vegan section on the menu. Would be amazing to have a vegan curry option. Beautiful presentation and clean dining rooms. Had a Thai iced tea with coconut milk and fresh rolls. Recommend to add tofu to the fresh rolls and to the rice.
