Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Went with my wife and noticed a divider blocking the view of the meat. Immediate red flag but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered two footlongs. One was regular meat and the other was double meat. The manager kept looming over the employees shoulder and proceeded to tell her 3 times to ring it up as double meat.. like it was a life or death situation. We got home and my regular sub had the most pathetic portion of meat I’ve ever seen. Literally 4 thin slices of turkey side by side. I couldn’t even taste meat in my sandwich. My wife’s double meat was basically a regular. The owners of this particular subway are money hungry and do nothing except think of ways to screw over customers. I expect more when I’m paying $25+ for 2 sandwiches. Owners like this are what’s driving these franchises into the ground. Look for a better location and avoid this one.

This location was clean and well maintained. The service was not rude by any means, but kind of impersonal. They didn’t accept paper coupons but you can redeem them on the App or with the QRF scanner. I had a Subway Club on flat bread. The meat portions seemed a little skimpy but was otherwise a good Subway sandwich. There was a dine in option with seating for about 25 to 30 customers.

I placed an online order for delivery on their website today and once order was received, I noticed a bag of chips was NOT included (mistakes happen – that’s understandable). However, when we contacted the restaurant, the foreign female manager on duty was impertinent and very disrespectful! Instead of providing a refund (when requested), she said we have to drive to their location to redeem our item but absolutely NO REFUND since she stated that she has no capability of doing it through the system unless if it was for a sandwich!! What’s the point of delivery if we have to pick it up ourselves?! Another mind blowing inquiry is if she’s genuinely a manager and doesn’t know how to refund other food products, why wouldn’t she make an attempt to contact other resources (ex: a different manager to call or pull aside) to alleviate the situation? It gets even better – she claims that there is NO other manager for us to speak to when we asked if we could communicate with someone else (there probably was but she didn’t want to make the effort to inform someone).
If you want to have a horrible customer experience and be charged for an item you don’t receive and will not be credited for, please go to this specific Subway location. I will certainly no longer fund this establishment and hope no one else who is intelligent will either!

The main lady that works at this store should be fired…. she hung up on me after I requested her to write my name and number down to speak to the manager. I’ve had my delivery order stolen from this restaurant 5 times now, as they don’t check or confirm. She likes to argue and never takes responsibility if she is in the wrong.

Don’t think I’ve ever ran across a subway that didn’t take their own coupons coming out of a local paper, kind of unusual, if they don’t want to honor their own coupons, then don’t have them printed in the local paper. That’s simple. And I have been all over to the United States. Place was extremely clean A rating by the local establishment, which is clearly posted as you walk in. There was plenty of parking, serving were rather skimpy For a $14 steak and cheese sandwich. Customer Service was kind of good as well, not very much personality doe, but was extremely thorough in the job.

Should have read the reviews before coming here I guess it’s a common thing at this location to have poor customer service and stale food. I’ve come here on 2 different occasions and as someone who’s worked for subway before I can tell day old/2 day old bread. The bread was completely stale both times I’ve been here and I came at different times. Portion sizes are not correct and when you’re paying $10+ for a sandwich it should be fresh. All this to say I won’t be coming back and neither should you.

Last night shortly after 7pm 11/11/23 my family and I pulled up to the location where the employee, a heavy set white female with glasses, blond braids tied up under her hat was outside kneeling down smoking a cigarette, and god knows what else before we pulled up. As we were getting out the vehicle she got up and went inside. We made sure to keep a close eye on her to see if she was going to wash her hands. We observed her go inside and take position behind the station and proceed to put on gloves. As I approached she greeted me and I greeted back, and then I asked her “do you mind washing your hands please, we saw you smoking outside and you didn’t wash your hands”. She then replied “that’s what hand sanitizer is for” which we didn’t see her use either. I replied “hand sanitizer is not the same as soap” because using hand sanitizer is not sufficient in removing all types of bacteria and virus, while soap molecules are much more effective at destroying bacteria and viruses that causes illness. HAND SANITIZER DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR HANDS! After her reply we decided not to eat there and we went to the Subway on Veterans Parkway next to the barber shop. Much more clean and friendly. Outside of being disgusting this employee was rude also. Nasty and rude. Beware of this employee at this location, she’s nasty and rude. Subway please educate your employees on cleanliness and and the importance of using soap and water before making someone’s food before they get someone sick.

There were two workers but only one making sandwiches. The other worker was stocking chips and on his phone. The customer in front of me had a payment issue and the other worker still did not help, he was just standing there on his phone. Finally got some service. As I was checking out new customers came in and he finally helped. I felt he didn’t really care to help me

Do not Recommend going to this Subway Location. I placed an order online to come and pick up and after I placed the order The Owner of the restaurant called and said the Toaster was Broken and asked if I wanted it Microwaved. I said no and she wanted to send me across town to pick up from her other shop and I could not do that said I said no and asked her if I could just cancel the order. She said I have to go back and do that online. I went online and it said I had to call the store and cancel on the phone so I called back and she kept telling me just to go pick it up from the other location and I kept saying No that I cannot do that I just wanted to cancel the order and get my money back and she finally said fine (ef it) and said to just go to her Store and she will give me the money back in cash instead of cancelling the order. She has a very bad Attitude and Cursed at me in the process. I do not Recommend this Subway restaurant by any means. She won’t be getting my business ever again and my friends and I love Subway. Oh well
