I stopped to get lunch for going into the office. The food station was a mess. Completely unclean other bits of food all in the meat and cheese. Which meat and cheese is kept in a different section than other toppings so it’s odd. While putting the cheese on my sandwich I noticed something black on the cheese and asked what it was and she says pepper uh…. pepper isn’t used anywhere near the cheese explain that… will absolutely not go to this subway again

I like subway. But this one was a shock. I noticed a few things when I first came in but by the time I reached the register I had fully noticed a lot of things and I wanted to change my mind but the order had been made. It wasnt clean and low on basic supplies. The bread was undercooked and chewy. If the location on Tom Hill in Macon, Ga is passing inspection, I’m surprised. The employee seemed to be figuring it out as they went along. I have never seen a subway in this condition. I was truly shocked.

So, I came in during the last hour of business and there is a bit of a line. Customer ahead of me is just being the absolute worst to the guy working, but he takes it all in stride and gets every order out correctly and keeps his cool. Sandwich was great, service was fast. Give that man a raise.

Ordered a chicken salad and added avocado. Got no avacado. Not to mention when the driver arrived with my order I had no beverages or chips for both meals. She went back and got them only to return with one chop and two beverages. Mildly disappointed

We ordered a foot long cold cut and a foot long italian BMT. With the Italian BMT, the meat was just bologna and nothing else. When people order food from these restaurants, either the staff is too lazy or they just don’t care about how they fix your food. A person can have a food allergy and want their food prepared a certain way, not the way the preparer want to fix it. This type of nonchalant attitude goes on in many restaurants in the Macon area and it need to stop or else they are preparing for a major lawsuit if someone get sick from this carelessness. The nerve!

The lady, when I walked in, acted mad that she had a customer. This was at 12 today. The coldcut had flat bread, like the bun was smashed…..drenched with honey mustard with hardly no lettuce. Lady was not friendly. Hopefully this location can work on this.

The guy today had a wonderful personality, pleasant voice when I arrived, asked me what I ordered repeated back my order back to me correctly. This was a pleasant experience and great customer service. My order was correct and I didnt have a long wait time. The lady who is usually there during lunch is wonderful too. Thank yall!
