So I arrived here at 10:45 in the morning to get a sandwich. There’s a gentleman behind the calendar who is on his second day here. He has no one helping him. He has no clue what goes in a sandwich and what doesn’t. I basically had to help him build the whole sandwich and when he got done he piled mayonnaise on top of it which went all over the paper when he wrapped it. So I had no mail on my sandwich when I went to eat it and then I went to get my drink and there’s no lids. Nothing is stocked. Just a really frustrating experience Management needs to do a better job of training their employees

Walked in at 11:20 am and two employees behind counter on cell phone telling us they will be with us in minute. Then they only had white or wheat bread cooked. Only a couple of cheese choices. I asked was there a shortage and she told I could leave if I don’t like it. I left.

I used to like this subway. But last night i called and asked what time they closed. The guy said 9pm. Then i made my kids online order, it was CONFIRMED and CHARGED my card, but by the time my son got there to get their food before 8pm, and was supposed to be ready by 745pm, the guy said he never seen it but i got the email saying confiemed and working on order. Then they guy called the police saying he was feeling threatened. So now im trying to call the manager just to get my money back.

QUAYA is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a while. She really take pride in her job and professional every time I come to this Subway for lunch. I told her I was going to do a review on her because she needs to be recognized!! Five stars from me

If I could give negative stars I would. Service was the worst. When ordering, basic Subway sandwich menu items, not available. When I explained we were in a hurry because we had horses on a trailer in the heat, the service got slower. Not just our order the one before us and the family behind us. Next time, we’ll keep driving.

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. They are always out of at least two or three kinds of meat and was out of cheese one night! I don’t see how they stay open. Does anyone know who owns this particular Subway? I never complain about my food, but this place is the worst!
